With my message I didn't want to defend them, I only request patience to affected users like me.

We're affected with this situation, but Bittrex will be affected a lot more with the problem too, they're losing confidence of the sector. I'm sure they don't want the situation.

Be patient with Bittrex.

I posted my support case ID few days ago here and I'm still waiting more than 10 days to get my approval.

As you can see in this post, they received +200k tickets in 10-15 days. Please do calculations:

You've a team of 10, 20, 50 ?¿ support agents. (10,20 or 50)

Each agent answer a ticket every 2-5 minutes. (10*30,20*30 or 50*30, 10*12,20*12 or 50*12)

They work 8 hours per day. (10*30*8,20*30*8 or 50*30*8, 10*12*8,20*12*8 or 50*12*8 )

Min result: 960 - Max result: 12000

If they get 200k tickets in 10 days it's normal the delay until they hire and they train more people. With 50 support agents and each response 2 minutes (very optimist scenario) they answer 12000 tickets per day. But in the case of 10 support agents (nothing strange), they answer only 1000 daily tickets.

Bittrex received 200k tickets in less than 15 days = 13300 tickets per day. Then in the most optimist case = 12000 tickets per day, delay is inevitable.

Understand the increase in requests due business grow and be patient!
