Problem solved. Not required any additional info, just raise limit from 0 BTC to 100 BTC for my account. Thread closed.
Shittrex successfully scam us on few billions $. I had around 45$ on my account(my 0.025 WD limit became 0 BTC yesterday), but some people has a few thousands dollars stuck in this exchange.
Or more.. with verified account. I did not even think that the problem with these verifictions would concern verified users.

Business licence expired in March 2017 according to their state databse.

LLC - limited liability company, in other words if they lose all the money owners don't need to pay anything from their own pockets.

Not only that, Bittrex changed all the 'legacy' accounts without notice to 'new' status blocking all of it's old, regular users... I mean they are bat shit crazy... Just abandon that exchange.
there's no way I'm leaving bittrex now, because all my coin is in bittrex and my coin is stuck there I always fail to verify, already uploaded id document but rejected because it is considered manipulation.

Yep, I see that and also cant understand why they did this. But at least those users who have "new" accounts can upload documents and get verified status. I cant do this, because it verified.

Also have problem with Bittrex. My account have ENHANCED status, my documents are VERIFIED, 2FA enabled... and I have 0 BTC withdrawal limits.
