Thanks for you story.
Bittrex better than Poloniex, because they almost never answering.

So you story is one more point for Bittrex!

If there was a silent angel here who pushed this through for me; thanks!  Bittrex corrected the issue today and transferred back the funds.

Thirty days ago I made a mistake on Bittrex.  I withdrew 555 Stratis (and change), but instead of transferring it to my own wallet, I accidentally sent the funds back to a Bittrex hot wallet.

It was an admittedly dumb mistake, which ironically stemmed from a botched attempt to practice "safe transfer hygiene".  I first did a test withdrawal of a small amount of Stratis from the exchange.  After it came through to my wallet correctly, I then withdrew the rest of my funds.  But instead of using the same destination address as my test transfer, I got confused by the labeling in my client software and used the source address instead.  i.e. I withdrew the funds back to the same address Bittrex sent my first withdrawal from.  Whoops.  A bit embarrassing.

Here's the transaction: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/strat/tx.dws?44998a3e54511e23e4cb7a3730c12cd10fd3153eeb498e8b23332af1cbc9e64a.htm

I immediately realized the mistake and opened a ticket with the Exchange.  That ticket has now been open for a month, with four follow ups from me and not a single response from Bittrex - aside from the useless, generic auto-response concerning withdrawal delays.  A week ago I opened a second ticket and was told they are still working my first one.  But it feels like they were blowing me off, and to date I still haven't seen any activity.

What's the average / longest folks here have waited for a response from Bittrex support?  Should I be concerned they're just going to keep the funds?  Anyone here able to give someone over there a kick to get a little love on my ticket (#124449)?

Thanks!
