Today I deposited some coins to sell. I did not use Bittrex for 8 weeks.

Now without prior notice I had to give them my address, name and birth date. If they had send me a mail where they explained their change of terms I would never have made this deposit.

I used an old address and a different name because why should I give them my real info? Crypto is anonymous.

They could not find the data in their public records and now they want me to upload a copy of my id card and a selfie.

I can't withdraw anything and I really don't want to give them this kind of sensitive information.

my uncle is using it almost a year now, and he don't have any issue on using bittrex . Im using cryptopia as an exchange it is safe and legit site, try it if you have any issue on bittrex.

There's really a massive hate on bittrex right now and you sir even made a signature to spread the word. I think I am just lucky because I did not put my whole investments in it and now bittrex is turning to a terrible exchange like poloniex which is an indication that it's best to stop using the exchange.

Stopped using Poloniex for Bittrex and have had no problems at all. Even with withdrawing BTC (which I have had issues with on Polo)

I suggest going to support.bittrex.com immediately and creating a ticket.

I have already asked this user to give us a ticket # or contact us on our slack to resolve this issue.

Just try to send support ticket. Until, you will get resolution from them because may be support system are very slow but they will solve your issue in time. I think they won't delay because it will damage their reputation.

Seems odd I have been using it for about a couple of months and never encounter such problem,
Just try to contact them in every possible way I think they would really love to help you if you could reach them.

I am a bittrex exchange user since 2016 and bittrex exchange So far so good,
But have you confirmed your email to your transaction? I hope your case is done well..

after sell you need withdraw youre bitcoin balance to youre addres
you need confirmation youre email addres
check youre withdraw status is complete or not, if compelete and youre not receive to youre BTC wallet you can get sending ticket

ticket support can get response maximum 3 x 24 hour

Really or is it another false accusations with no enough basis? maybe its a mistake in your part or a bug in the system, the best thing you can do for now is to wait for the response of the support, bittrex is a good exchange Im using it for some months and I got no problem since then. . .

I Don't know why people keep on calling both the exchanges like Polo and Bittrex as a scam. I don't know what problems they are facing with these exchanges because I never faced any problem either in the form of withdrawal and deposits. As per my knowledge, both these exchanges are very good exchanges with the reputable trading platform.

Bittrex seems to be one of the best trading platform and exchange.

Most of the people here didn't experience the same problem as you had, please update us here on what happened.

Bittrex is not bad. I have been there for a few years ,sofar so good.

Something i do wonder about though considering  there is a minimum amount  for orders i do see trades of tiny amounts of Btc, like 1 or 10 Sat. Is that the Trade engine or Bots i have no clue but for interest sake am curious.

Just go report your problem and wait for the support's reply. I never had a problem with my bittrex. I'm sure they'll respond to your concern if you lost your bitcoins. Just be careful next time and check your account carefully.

They are not scammers, I have been using their services successfully for some time. Try a customer service ticket.

Bittrex has always been my most preferred exchange.
Since for long I have been using it, i have never come across such issue.
It might be some technical glitches.

Please make sure you're using the "Units Filled" column when calculating costs or proceeds. The "Units Total" column will display the original amount entered for the order, however in many cases a user cancels their order before it fully executes. If you're viewing the page on a mobile device, or zoomed in, and do not see the "Units Filled" column please zoom out.

In many cases when an order is placed it may fill all at once or it may fill in partial amounts. When an order fills in partial amounts we do not display the partial sales in the history - only the final amount of the sale when it is finished.  You will only see the cost or proceeds when your order is marked as complete or it is canceled.

Here is an example:

If you place a SELL order for 100 DOGE and it fills immediately - your BTC balance increase will be immediate.

If you place a SELL order for 100 DOGE and it fills 80 DOGE - your balance is immediately credited for the 80 DOGE you sold. While the remaining balance is pending on your order and you're making other trades in the system the credited amount may be "spent" in another order or withdrawn. This is highly likely if your order took hours or days to fully complete. If a week later the last 20 DOGE fills, your order will show up as complete with an amount of BTC earned, but it will not match your balance because you already received partial payment.

Is this my first time to encounter bittrex complain kidding hahaa but i 've been using it but not really encountered this kind

As long as i used bittrex i never experienced any problems, withdrawl huge btc also never get a problem. Bittrex is one of big exchange and wont scam someone with little satoshi . No Picture = HOAX

We can't do nothing much here to help you, you should wait for their support to answer although 5 days is a long time. You have several options - wait for support to answer, send them another ticket, ask this question in their announcement thread or open scam accusation with all proofs.

It is highly doubtful that there is anything wrong with your account.  This is most likely the case of a partially executed order that delivered the funds to your account, which were then used on another order before the original order fully closed.

If they doesn't acknowledge your problem much better if you leave a post on scam accusation section since you have a evidence that you hasn't been watch by them eventhough you have encounter some error regarding to their service. Or much better if you give them an ultimatum and have a private talk with them since patience is needed here mate and I think bittrex is so busy for other things around here.

Can you post pictures here so your claims can get references. I presume that this is some mistake or error. Also in every case inform them who knows maybe can be some bug or something similar. In meanwhile please avoid words such as scam or fraud, those are very heavy words.

Jesus, yes the order is complete. IT IS IN THE COMPLETE SECTION!!!

It shows the BTC value of the proceeds from the sale but the BTC never came into my BTC wallet

I have sent the screenshot to bittrex support. That was 5 days ago and they haven't even acknowledged me

Provide some proofs like screenshot of your sell history as well as your balance history so that your claim will be valid. I used trex for 2 years and I never encounter this kind of problem. Check your orders, Maybe you overlook your sell order is not been completed and still pending.

Are you sure you actually sold your coins ? I know this might be dump question but it happen with me before on different exchange i thought i sold my coins and spent the whole day trying to figure where it went and turned out i did not sell them because i miss write the price when trying to sell and it went to pending  orders .

Still no response from bittrex for a ticket i raised 5 days ago!!!

Basically my BTC wallet has still not been credited with the  BTC proceeds from the sell of MEME coin

Are you sure it has been completed? It's really strange that the BTC did not appear in your wallet as this process is instant. I guess it may take a while or the wallet of that altcoin must be under construction. The support should answer you soon as they never have any such issues.

It is really became annoying  I saw this words ( bittrex scam ) a lot lately most from newbie accounts and everyone of this was based on nothing .

Did you try email support first ? did you log out and in again ? It might be just a bug ! . I will tell you one thing sites like Bittrex , poloniex , ect

IF they turn scam ever trust me you will not be the one to discover it with just few altcoins . And if they ever scam it will not be just few coins

that they are already making in few mins or maybe seconds without scamming. 

I've never faced any problem with Bittrex and you is the first one to relate a problem with them, that I see.

To see what you have, click in wallets then check "hide zero balances", if you have something in your old coin, either as balance or pending order, it will show where you have balances, either available or pending in an order.


Maybe your order still is not 100% executed, or you somehow sold in the wrong market

Have you checked the latest transaction history or withdraw? It looks there is a bug with your wallet account. But my best advice you can take the prove or screen whot about your problem and sending a ticket to the bittrex support. If you want to get the fast response from the team or directly speak with the bittrex team and try to join in the bittrex black group. Most of the people are having a problem with bittrex can try to speak with the team directly through his slack group.

I started using Bittrex the other day and it worked fine. However, it did take a while for the BTC confirmations to process, and I also had to refresh the BTC wallet in Bittrex by clicking those circular arrows.

thats strange. ı had never have that kınd of problem. but you should thınk may be you made a mıstake. because lots of person makıng mıstake and thınkıng lıke they never do any mıstake. may be you wrote a wrong adress

For the love of god stop using that word every time some anomaly occurs. Just wait for bittrex support to respond and I am confident that it will work out.

nothing has been withdrawn. The proceeds of the sell should be in the btc wallet but they are not. I have 2fa enabled

I also using bittrex from a long time ago but never had such kind of issue first you have to look into wallets and check it carefully history of deposit and withdraw. If you don't use 2fa than nobody can't withdraw without email confirmation.

I had a sell close on an altcoin and it shows as the last completed order in my history. However the proceeds from the sell are not in my BTC wallet.

I have no idea where this BTC has gone. I have raised a ticket with bittrex support but getting no answers.

It all rather strange, anyone ever had this issue?
