Same thing has happened to me. I'm not sure what's going on with them.. Hopefully they'll answer our tickets soon. I know for a fact I didn't visit a phishing website or anything of the likes. In fact, my deposit was showing pending for a couple of days. I think it's because of the confirmation times right now. They automatically drop the depending deposit after about 3 days and then when it confirms, the coins don't show up in the account.

First you have to post the transaction id so that everyone can see what you are referring to, as often if you are sending from a personal wallet to the Bittrex wallet it may be that you have used an inappropriate fee and your transaction has fallen in limbo.

Before accusing the company send a support ticket, I have used Bittrex for a long time and have always been considerate and helpful with my doubts and problems.

That’s true, I don’t think Bittrex will do such a thing. Bittrex was the first exchanger I started using when I got into Bitcoin business, alongside Poloniex, but mostly Bittrex. I’ve used it for years now, but never had any single issue as other people do complain about it. Also, whenever I send a support ticket, I do get a reply as soon as possible, but sometimes it takes long. So if they don’t reply, it would be best to resend your ticket.

You should also post your TX id rather than screenshot so that we can verify it in explorer and check whether that deposit address belong to bittrex wallet or not, this can be checked via walletexplorer.

If that address belong to bittrex than you should create a ticket and wait for them to solve it. However if you have sent bitcoin to different address than its gone.

I think you also should provide a proof to show that address belongs to bittrex account otherwise no one will believe you on this issue.

I'm also using this exchange for quite sometimes and many times deposited and withdraw funds never had any such issues. Please check your address once again where did you send money.

As many other people here, I've used and still use bittrex every now and then. I've never run into any issues with depositing/withdrawing from them. We also need a bit more info and proof. Why don't you throw in the proof that you actually sent the money to a bittrex address. Are you 100% positive that you didn't put in the wrong address into the wallet to send to? If you did, there's no way to ever really get that money back and it's technically your fault.

This was the thing I supposed to asked on where he should provide a screen shot that signifies that he did really deposit on the address that came from bittrex because that address on the screenshot might possibly owned by other person not totally on bittrex and the things mention on earlier post regarding phishing then it might possible though. Those coins are considered lost forever since transactions are irreversible.

sorry to hear that. but i think you visited phising site. or you deposit wrong address. if all you did right then bittrex will add your balance soon.Or they will reply you what is the problem.you can’t do anything right now just wait and be patience for their reply.

I use bittrex regular but I didn't faced any problem. would you please give us bittrex deposit address screenshot and you tx hash. I think you sent wrong address or visited phishing bittrex site. Thanks

Few days ago, something unusual had happened to one of my friends while enhanced verification. Not sure yet that were they scammed him or not. However he's step away at loosing his all money. Don't deposit money to Bittrex without verifying the account.

Even though Bittrex support takes forever to answer, they are legit for now.
Check your browser history, Maybe you have visited a phishing website imposing as bittrex?

Bittrex's URL are pretty complicated at first glance, so I won't be surprised if you managed to visit a phishing site with a similar URL.
