Aren't bittrex signed contracts with the teams they listed? They can prevent listing on the another exchange with lower price.
I think any exchange can't prevent if other exchange want to list any coin. Price depends on traders, if exchange don't choose shady pump dump techniques. @Kobacheg, seems you have sent me merit. I think if the exchange cares about its reputation, it should support the coin. But bittrex only wants to raise money. Ocean was sold at 600 BTC in 1-2 minutes, and the new IEO sold only 150 BTC out of 592 BTC.
