Yes, those accounts do sell because people want to trade. Because its unverified buyer can upload his/her own documents and do everything legally.
Seriously? This shit sells for that much? I don't think anyone would pay this much for it. Even if the registration is closed, this is too much to ask for an account created for free. For sure you have not even verified your account. If this was sold at this price I would have some my two accounts there too. Oh well, good luck selling that account OP.
