Bittrex is a standard cryptocurrency exchange but it is known as a worst platform when we talk about their customer support.
This issue has became very common on bittrex and is mostly happening with newly registered members. If there is no response at all,
you can search bittrex on social medias like twitter, media and let them know all about your issues. I have seen some users doing this method.

why so many problems arise from bittrex account verification. there is nothing we can do, we can only wait and this is very annoying.

everyone has mentioned the same thing, but nobody has told me that bittrex is really getting much bigger and that it does not turn back to the people who are needed in the necessary matters. I do not know if there are any social media specialists in their companies who are looking at these kinds of things, but the situation is not getting better. I have a lot of complaints about this. I also left bittrex because of the difficulty of verification, luckily my balance in bittrex stayed a little so I do not think to pull it, for faster response you should join slack bittrex..

I do not remember exactly, but I had a confirmation process a few years ago. at that time bittrex was performing much faster than this type of approval process. but what happened after that began to become like a poloniex. the operations slowed down and the interest of the support team was reduced and the speeds were also reduced.   If you try to reach trex with a few reminders, maybe they will help you. someone has shared a link about the topic and I think it could be useful for that.

I have the same problem, my ticket number is #403215 (which I had to open because they closed my first ticket #377270). It's two weeks since I opened the first ticket on October 31st now.

Resorting to making posts on here and will open some on Reddit and wherever else too. Seems like making a load of noise about the exchanges sucking and holding your funds is the only way. I'm not even looking to do anything with fiat on there, it's just pure crypto-to-crypto, and they don't have any way in their site to change your details in the basic/enhanced verification parts (I put my name as Thomas instead of Tom which is different to the ID I provided, if I could simply fix this and re-submit they wouldn't even need to look at it I'm sure - really stupid).

Dear gents,
Who can help me for my problem such bellow:
 I had already deposit some bitcoin in account, now I withdraw them, Bitrex said need to verify before withdraw.
After i follow they giude to verify, The show me bello:
"We have failed to automatically process your documents due to your name from your basic application not matching what is found on your document. They will need to be manually reviewed. Please contact our support desk. Manual review typically takes 7 days but could be longer based on demand."
I already send support tickets 5 times, Still not respond, I waited  17 days left already. My account still unverified and show same notify above
