Still receiving the error balance for the faucet. Tried yesterday as well. ether has a code error or balance for faucet is fake.

I think it's just a fake balance
I've tried it on yesterday and the result is the same
the site say "Insufficient funds."
OP also not confirm what happened to the faucet

hmm... 20 satoshi is really low by any faucet standard. We run a Xapo Faucet rotator, http://thebitpoint.com/xaporotator
But I would wait till you increase payout
Secondly I do not find any referral links or benefits mentioned .

Without that you would not make far with the faucet.
