I haven't sold any since the new 'easy' way was deployed and the site directs trade queries to be made on the trade page. Previously I had admin responses there, but that was some time ago.
It turned out that almost all queries were not appropriately answered by the broker on the other end, e.g. payment delays, so we just started sending them to the broker. However, there are issues when brokers don't respond (although it's really rare) and this is sadly one of them.

Great experiences in the past but little online activity in the last 2 months, no support on failed payment and coins still in escrow, (transaction was night before last) maybe they're gone and my coins with them.
If your coins are in escrow, then they are safe. That does, however, mean you need to trust Bittylicious itself. Realistically though, we're not likely to do an exit scam after almost three years of service though.

Would you mind letting us know your trade ID? When you send a support message on the trade page, it goes straight to the seller. They may have just missed it.

Just so you're aware, failed payments (assuming bank transfers) are very common. Banks delay things all the times and it's really annoying!

Established site, Reputable Company Director; Marc Warne has done much advocating for the UK Bitcoin regulatory space - Bittylicious is a safe site : )

not to doubt on a new services that enter the bitcoin place, but most are usually fraud if its not known by now.

just stick with coinbase or something else like localbitcoins.com

Bittylicious is coming up to its second birthday (May 2013) so we're hardly a new service. It's definitely worth doing your research, agreed, but we're not a new kid on the block any more.

Simple answer to your problems is to look at reviews. Check out https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.bittylicious.com for instance.

Search them up they are legit as far as I know they dont sell any on the website but look for cheapest seller via local bitcoins and act as a platform and hold the bitcoin in escrow.
