There are no extra fee of process.
Example: Bitcoin price is 10k USD, you want to load card with 1000 USD, you have to pay 0.1 BTC, our reload fee is 10%, so you will receive in card 900USD (1000$-10%)

At first glance, it seems pretty good option to get this card without any KYC since Plus Level have €2500/year max limit, and one user can order up to 4 cards. But then I check fees which are quite reasonable except Reload Fees which is 10% of deposit amount if I understood correctly?

At the beginning yes , thats how it sounds. But if you check the card limits you wil see that without verification of your documents you can only withdraw a maximum of 2500€ pe year wich is pretty low if you want to use it every week or so.

Each user could have up to 4 cards per phone number and person.
