I transferred my a part of my bitcoins to bitxoo on 1 nov 2017 at 5.25 pm.. Their website says that it require 3 confirmations for them to reflect the funds in the customer wallet. It has been 7 hours now and the transaction has received 57 confirmations at the time of wrtiting. Still the wallet says that the transaction is still pending. I am sure they are using the customer bitcoins for trading on other exchanges and gaining money out of it while I lost thousands because of the price drop during this waiting period.

I don't know how to attach a picture to these messages. I can share the screenshot of my wallet as well.
Do anyone know someone who can help me on this issue?
