If you talking about the theme of this forum no they are not looking for theme developers. We want this forum simple.
Do you have any issues with the theme? Or are you talking about the image you posted above that ended up "image proxy invalid image"?
If you talking about the image then I suggest you use imgur.com to upload your images it works well when you post imgur.com images here or if you have a problem with the theme then bring your issue to this section Meta>New forum software Because this is a mining section that only talks about Bitcoin mining.
