No it will never as with increasing difficulty on bitcoin hashrate all cloud mining packages will turn out to be not efficient to even get back what you have invested in start. 5% may lower few weeks from payback period but even with this it may take more than year or two to recover your investment.

Yes they are running this promotions and ~80 more hours are left to avail this offer on all their contracts. But this 5% discount will not help big to get you into profit zones quickly still you may need to wait for around 10 months for ROI.
