What bout all these new scam ipos?? visacoin ,neon, vero to name a few!! Visacoin scammed a couple hundred thousand dollers of bitcointalk users last week before dissapearing into the night with a new ferrari!!

If they're users of the forum you can use trust system to give them negative feedback

Not sure, but there's a separate subforum for Scam Accusations. Blacklists don't tend to be that effective as scammers will just create new accounts and start again.
