It is the first time that I see a person setting a price for designing a site without giving a payment or per hours, as the design varies from project to another.
Can you prove that you have 4 years experience? What projects did you work on?

By unlimited amount of reviews I think he means if you don't like what he did, he will review it according
to your specification and improve it. Say you don't like the colour scheme, he will change it.
