Flag supported and tagged the account. However this is expected to be in the Investor-based games section in the forum where you will commonly see these types of scam investment, the section is in fact meant for these types of scams to be posted in the forum.
It does not matter in which section this Ponzi scheme is located. Scam does not cease to be so if placed in the Investor-based games section.

For me it does matter, if members especially the newbies know where these type of scam investment are usually posted then they are less likely to join them. Them not being aware that this types of "investment" are not true are most likely blinded by the returns given in a short period that is why they are attracted to the scam. For me the warning given in that thread isn't enough for a lot of newbies to realize that most of the things being posted there are scams.

Because this warning:
Quote
Warning: You are in the Gambling section. You are likely to eventually lose any money that you gamble/"invest". Additionally, moderators do not remove likely scams. You must use your own brain: caveat emptor. Do not gamble more than you can afford to lose.
isn't really enough for newbies to understand that they need to stay away from this threads or at least be careful on what they join.

If someone decided to participate in such a scam, then it is very difficult to stop him. In such cases, experience and understanding comes only when money is already lost. Let me give you a recent example:

Necessarily there are new participants in the Ponzi scheme who suffer losses from this scam. As an example, I will give my investigation of the bitcoin doubler https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/doubl3r-200-after-100-hours-doubler-5192355 Despite the warning, we still see such messages that someone fell into this scam:
