Okay, got all of your answers but the answer is the same as I know. I think there is no alternative option that's you no one could tell that. So, I am just locking this thread.
Few people asked me the reason:
The answer: someone contacting to my borrower and offering less interest and in this way s/he is converting my borrower to him/her. Will observe more then I may create a post on reputation if required.
For now, locking this thread.

Even if you could do what you suggest, the blocked user could just create and Alt account, not dox it as related, and browse through your posts just as easily.

If you really have issue with someone, just ignore him, of find a solid proof-based cause for getting him banned.

I was searching for an option to block someone sothat s/he can't read my post. But I am not able to find out that. Is there any way like that?
Note: I have found ignore option which stands for not showing his her post but shows his/her name.

Really curious why would you want to do that.
There is no way you can post something and exclude only one person from reading that.

If you go full paranoia mode you could post an encrypted text and give only the persons you want the key to decode that but seriously what would be the point?
And even if the forum had a function like this that goes against the whole point of being a discussion forum and not some secretive cult message board the user could simply create another account and gain access.

Imagine what would happen with this option with all the scammers blocking DT members!!!!!!!

Basically, the idea of this forum is just like the idea of your own personal likings. You can ignore someone whom you do not like yet you cannot forced someone to ignore you because of your own will.

Ignoring someone's post is just enough I think for you not to see his post means no conversation at all.

Bitcointalk is an open to all online forum, and anyone on the internet can read the posts made here, through simple google searchs too. Not only Bitcointalk members but any person out there seeking for knowledge realted to a crypto topic could end up here for an answer.

I was searching for an option to block someone so that s/he can't read my post.

There is no option were you could prevent your posts on Bitcointalk from someones notice.

Note: I have found ignore option which stands for not showing his her post but shows his/her name.

Ignore option works totally opposite of what you are asking for. Wink

Unfortunately, there's no function like that only for ignoring someone's post or someone's PM.

Yep. This is pretty much your only option, on the current forums at least. Why would you like that feature though? It's easily rendered useless if the person you "blocked" opens your topic/reply on a browser window whereas the blocked user's account isn't logged in.

You can block someone so YOU can't read THEIR post but you can't prevent someone from reading YOUR (public) post.
