That leaves 72 blocks.
If the difficulty is supposed to go down 16%, then instead of 1209600 seconds (2 weeks), it would have to take 1403136 seconds. As 1176945 seconds have passed in blocks already, the remaining 72 blocks would have to be spread out over 226191 seconds, or simplistically put: 3141 seconds - 52 minutes and change - per block.
As I end this post, 3 more blocks were found in a 5 minute timespan; more luck than trend but it does tend to affect things;
While bitcoinwisdom is just a simplistic approach to estimation, I don't think there's much merit to whatever alloscomp is using; perhaps incorrect input data.

yeah, -16% would be way to wonderful (for me lol) -0.46% sounds more realistic hehe
