Just got it to work.  As soon as I opened the mining proxy it started hashing.  It is now up and running, thanks for all the help.

There is no "start" procedure because it's supposed to start hashing as soon as it's powered on, if the configuration is good.

The typical beginner pitfall is the lack of stratum support. Most pools nowadays only provide stratum protocol servers. It means you need to setup a local mining proxy to "convert" stratum to getwork. Hope this help.

That is where I started.  Nowhere in the guide does it show how to start it.  I have been plugged in and power on for a while now, and the stats are the same as in the pic above, all zeroes. And my blade is a v2 blade.  Again, help is appreciated.

Alright then, I can't believe I am asking this but how do I start hashing?

That looks like a V2 config screen. V2 does not have the switch clock button.

Just received my first new Block Erupter Blade and it doesn't have a "Switch Clock" button on the settings page.  Not sure what to do from here, everything else seems to be fine.  I have already searched through Google and within these forums and can't find anything to answer my problem.  Any help would be much appreciated.
