I was seeing the log of my client and I noticed the message:

I see this block (https://blockchain.info/pt/block/00000000000000000454d73cb3b0591f1ff43097e2f1a73d66e47506d2804ac0) and the version is 536870913

What is happening?
Im using the version 0.12.1
Those are Bitcoin Classic blocks. Those blocks are mined by miners who support Bitcoin Classic and their 2 Mb max block size fork. Bitcoin Core doesn't support the fork and those versions are not supported nor recognized by the program so it raises that warning.
