After the import, did it produce the same addresses in the "address tab" (View->Show Address)?
  • If yes, it just needed to sync to be able to display the transaction history and balance.
  • If no, select the proper deviation path using the three options available for BIP39 SEEDs. (or the instructions above)

Next if you've successfully restored the addresses but the history didn't showed up:
  • Electrum needs to be v3.3.3 or above to be able to connect to a server.
  • Check if you're connected to a server by looking at the lower-right circle icon (Green=Connected / Red=Not)
  • Is this the first time you've installed/opened Electrum on that PC?
If yes, you need to at least wait for a couple of minutes (depending on your internet speed) to download the "block_headers" file before it can display the full history.

This article is from 2015 - from when Blockchain was at least 2 major versions older. There is no way to do that now.

OP: The derivation path is m/44'/0'/0' (with the single quotes). Try again and make sure "legacy (p2pkh)" is selected before you put the derivation path in the text box.

Did you try exporting private key from blockchain.com instead?

I can't find a clear method on importing 12 seed phrase from blockchain to electrum but this method below is how you can get your private keys from blockchain.com to Electrum.

I would go to iancoleman.io/bip39 , download the page and run it locally.

Then insert your 12 words there.
Search for your every addresses and it's privatekeys and insert them one by one in Electrum.

Go to internal/external and mark "1" also, so you can see your change addresses as well. They might have balances.

I'm not sure, but i think you need to check the BIP39 box when importing blockchain.info wallet seeds.
Did you folow these steps?

If this doesn't solve it, please describe your problem a bit better.

These steps are for new Blockchain.info wallets based of BIP39 seeds.
If you have previously imported private keys to blockchain.info they have to be exported separately, as they are not part of the keys derived from the seed.

Get your blockchain.info seed. Login to your blockchain.info account, click on 'Security Center' then click on 'Backup Phrase'. Be aware that onced the phrase is backed up, you won't be able to access it again on blockchain.info. So note it down carefully.

Start Electrum, choose to restore a standard wallet, then restore from seed, enter your seed, then click options and check the 'BIP39 seed' box. -> Click Ok/Next.

Blockchain.info follows the BIP 44 standard for derivation paths, so the default account has a derivation path m/44'/0'/0'/0

You should now have migrated to Electrum.
