even when i input information for a custom transaction and press "review" the webpage does not move. something seems to be wrong witht he blockchain website..
is doing a custom transaction better & including a minor's fee?

When I try and send Bicoins with Blockchain (quick send), I put in the send to address, then the Bitcoin amount, then it has an "=" sign and another box.
I've done this before and remember that the last box populates automatically but today it is not doing that.. What's going on?
