Because technology continues to grow and market interest in technology is already widely known to people, namely blockchain, moreover according to a survey that says that at more than 10,000 jobs are open to blockchain developers.

This is one of the newest technology in the IT world and the demand for experts in that field will continue to increase with the global adoption of blockchain technology however acquiring a well define course path of this technology is very challenging because of fewer numbers of higher institutions offering the course.

Blockchain developers can make even more money by simply creating their own coins, all they need to do is partner up with a marketing expert and they can make 1million via an ico

The industrial scale integration of blockchain, IMO, would definitely attract a wave of new hopefuls, especially programmers and build yet another market for another environment. Only a few are certified blockchain devs who really know what they're doing, thus creating a higher market value for them with a high demand on the industrial side. Perhaps in the near future we'll see blockchain-related courses on universities if the demand continues to increase.

Technically college graduates who have graduated from any computer studies or IT related course will benefit this demand. Even before the blockchain related jobs boomed this year we all know that IT graduates are really on demand pretty much on every company you will be job hunting by now at least one or two have positions available for IT graduates. So for young people out there when you are choosing your college program it must be related to tech as it is the future of on demand jobs.
Job markets related to  technology are living its peak times nowadays. Blockchain is next big thing for sure after invention of internet. Young people prefer to get easy job for first time and they refuse to start position as volunteer.  I am sure many people have read the book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad"  written by Robert Kiyosaki and ideas behind to  get hired confuse others and by the way i  also applied for master degree which has connections with blockchain related jobs.

It is obvious when more people are adopting one particular technology then its developer will find big boom in real time. I am just looking into this scenario on possible impact into crypto markets. Probably that will be possible when blockchain developers will be demanding payments in BTC or in major coins. This also may happen slowly.

But, I am seeing corporates start working on blockchain technology but not ready to assess bitcoin and its advantages. After blockchain adoption, they may start realizing benefits of decentralization and that must be point where crypto adoption will begin.

It is good news, now we can expect new developer to choose ledger tech over other field.although as blockchain is relatively new it is difficult to gain good knowledge regarding developing immutable ledger or developing contracts but I think after some years there would be a course teaching by every local coaching institute so we expect to have more blockchain oriented applications.

With the rise of pay for the blockchain developers, there would be lots of student in this generation who will go for this route for their successful career. Even the freelancer can easily shift to this industry as long as they can just understand how cryptocurrency like BTC and blockchain and platforms like ETH and EOS work.

This is not coming as a surprise because its expected that when certain new mode of doing things are invented, it is expected that those who first acquire the needed skill for the industry would be paid the premium that comes with such. During the boom of 2007/2008 majority of investment bankers even the mushroom ones saw themselves smile to the bank without any serious effort. The same thing goes to software developers with the outbreak of the internet amongst other endeavors. So, its nothing new other than one should position himself to benefit in new technology.

It is, like every other new technology. But you must keep in mind that the field is too narrow.
It's like the AI specialists - the demand is huge and they are taking almost all of them directly from the Uni, still how many do you think are they? And because everybody wants a good paycheck, in few years there will be a huge competition even there. It's a goldmine only for early adopter specialists.

This is a good thing but if the block chain adoption will be regulated by any third parties then it will do more better. We should use the government to settle all the discrepancies that could be possibly created by the team who will develop an ICO tokens. Just like the stock market exchange that are now completely regulated by the government.

The recent technological advances of the blockchain, Internet of Things, smart contracts etc. have increased the demand of programmers and developers and eventually, the salaries for these jobs have become more expensive for the employers. It is something very special to find in the industry and I wish I had studied computer science with a major in a digital network that will boost my profits.

Yes, I even reply to this thread: (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/which-crypto-job-is-right-for-you-5094736)

It says that the salary can range from $80,000-$200,000 so I guess we're going to see a lot of Blockchain related jobs in the future as companies are experimenting with this new technology. And I'm sure that we're also going to see courses being offered in Universities as well. So it's going to be interesting how students will react to the demand, will they shift and adopt just like what we see when Information Technology boom in early to mid 90s? (at least in my country), remains to be seen.
