Blockchain is used in healthcare service you can see it in docademic project and also in real estate you can see many realestate ico such as equitybase, introa.io, realisto or etc. Actually there are many type of business that can use blockchain technology.

You're right but there's still the Oracle problem that confido purported to solve.

Let's say someone pays in crypto, but the payment is irreversible... so the buyer haa a high risk.

Only very reputable merchants would be viable for crypto payments because buyers would trust them more.

New businesses would have a really hard time getting people to trust them with crypto payments...

Anything at all where daily transactions need to be kept and updated -- that's where blockchain tech excels.
