When you click on Settings > Addresses you should see a Manage Addresses button alongside Imported Addresses

If you click on Manage Addresses you should see the blue Import Address button

First of all, ive read that some of you think you cant "lable" your address, but you actually can.
Settings -> Adresses -> "Icon with Pen"

So now lets come to my Problems.

I was bored and thought, "hey may try the new wallet".
Fail

I invest a bit in bitcoins and i used the labels to manage the adress balance in invest/payout ratio and balance
Now ive got like 30 Adresses in the "importet address" section (summariced).

This is so awful to manage, so i decided to make all new adresses.

But on one company im not able to change my address, so i have to manage the wallet in an awkward way.
I like it simple, and easy but now ive to manage my new and old adresses in different ways.
Ive to manage my importet wallets via Settings -> Adresses -> manage adresses (only way ive found to see the importet adress seperatet)

and ive to manage my new wallets via Transactions and/or Settings Settings -> Adresses.

Please is there any way, that i can forward adresses or smth ?
I also think about moving all to another wallet but i cant change all payout adresses,
Can i import adresses on other wallets, or export wallets from blockchain ?
is ther smth in the api or so ?

Im really not happy with the interface, it feels like an app or an toy.

Well they said there's no turning back to the original legacy wallet. As of now, you cant sign your addresses too but all in all it's quite cool.

Yesterday I also faced the same problem with it. I downloaded their android wallet and it was asking for an update which I did and that transferred the entire wallet to their newer version.

But I think the newer version is more user interactive and for now I have no problem with it.

I took a look at the new wallet and it's neater then other one. The new wallet logs out quicker then the old one though.

That was the exact reason I bought a Ledger wallet.

I switched, and found the interface heavenly. But that's missed out on all the key features. How the hell do you leave out message signing, importing private keys, etc?!


You can't even reverse to the legacy wallet without making a totally new account...

Well looks like this shit has hit me too... I downloaded the IOS version and linked the device with my browser wallet... shortly after it prompted me to update to v3 on my mobile and i did. Now, the browser version has changed into beta as well and i see there's no way to sign address, or import/ export them... bollocks.

I tried new beta wallet but as in old version it was allowing to send from multiple wallets in new beta version I have to choose exach wallet address having balance to send to other wallet address. Cannot send from multiple wallet address.

0.12, not too much for me, created a wallet on the legacy version and imported the old private key and now in talks with support team to recover them.

They didn't support your custom url, so I didn't continue. I was going to try it out but I'd expect a shit ton of bugs so I didn't. I prefer the old one tbh from the screenshots and demo's I've seen.

I've tried the beta wallet, I don't think it's better than the current version. They design looks like a mobile version... I would recommend to stay with the current version.

There are so many account are with blockchain, so it might be impossible to get support from them. Anyway don't have to worry I had took backup before and import it to new beta wallet firstly it takes 3 hours for synchronization. I was looking for every node as like crazy due to curiosity. But after first sync. its working proper.

Also block chain beta give more features too. I love it.

I have bete wallet for 2 account out fo which one is loading so slow that can't even work on it and otehr account is quite fast not sure why i have open ticket with then but still not reply ..hope they solve it soon

I have lost all my bitcoins on this service! I will add evidence put a post on this later but really really bad! Been using their service for years now and first time things like this are coming. I submitted a ticket, hoping their support isn't horrendous as mentioned here.

Ya Blockchain wallet version 4 is in still beta phase. But once user upgrade to new version , they can't access wallet with preveious version of 3. And also cannot get back or downgrade blockchain wallet back to previous version.

i never tried the beta wallet before, to be honest i'm very statisfied with this version right now, after reading this thread i see so many people here get some problem like syncronize and log in to their account on pc, then i might update my acc's version when the team has fix it

Blockchain beta wallet has really great UI and UX. Also have few more features for upgraded users. But still I am facing problem with Wallet synchronization.

yeah i tried it and everything seems to work really fluently, it is one of the best online wallets i have ever used and i have never need any replacement as i have never had any difficulties at all

I upgraded Blockchain on my phone and now I can't log in to the web version of the wallet. "Version 3 not supported." 

I never tried this new blockchain wallet but i heard that this wallet is just like old wallet in blockchain.
But if you have this new wallet its more anonymous than the old one..  i will feed back after try new wallet in blockcian..

I wouldn't use the beta wallet, yesterday lost my complete account balance after it first was working normally but after sending a few transactions the amount i had left in my wallet became inaccessible.
So if you want to keep your bitcoins don't use it.
Support is terrible and are not willing to help unfortunately

I wouldn't be inclined to mess around with a wallet with the words 'beta' or 'blockchain.info' attached these days. We're spoilt for better and more secure choices these days.

Well but what about addresses which are already within wallet and also linked to my faucet and rotators.

Is it possible to switch back to old by creating new account and by importing these addresses to new wallet.

Update: I was talking to a support assistant, and she confirmed that there was no way to switch back to the "legacy" (v2) wallet, except via making a new account and transferring your funds over there. Annoying.

It says version three is not supported because you are trying to log on using the legacy version, the v2. You need to click on the "beta wallet" link to log in.

Its still in beta phase but blockchain will announce upgradation of wallet after finishing their wallet backups to new beta platform. Hope they announce it soon.

Same problem even they warn before upgrade that take backup of wallet. But its not allow to go back to previous version of blockchain.info.
Major issue facing is wallet not getting synchronized. So cant make transactions. Also gives new wallet address each time for deposit.

i mistakenly upgraded my blockchain wallet to beta version yesterday and i dont see import/export of private key option so i tried to send them an email asking on how to switch back to the old version and they said there is no way to switch back to the old one so basically im fucked up specially when BC wallet goes down sometime.

Yes UI is impressive but there are lots of feature of old wallet missing in this version. I can't see place to verify and sign message, cold wallet feature etc.

Ya New look is quite impressive and also with Good UI and UX. But might be upgradation is the reason of delay.

I have also upgraded to new wallet but only thing i don't like there is we can't see cold wallet balance or we can't send balance from cold wallet with new wallet they have. I have some funds in cold storage address but can't send them out, waiting for them to enable it. Although i like the new design they have.

I searched quite deeply about this issue got info that Once user upgrade from previous version to new beta version no authentication with last version. Its like generating new private keys as usual. Once you used that key, it gets invalid. Like as same. Once upgrade Then no return back.

I tried it to login to old version of Blockchain.info webs wallet. But after entering Id and password it shows version 3 is not supported and I can just able to login to beta web wallet. Its quite different layout and more features. But having problem with synchronization web wallet taking lots of time to load. Even trying so send payment at that time it shows the approximate time for confirmation.

If there is a Beta version, then what version are we using now? So what's the best thing to do? Not open the Beta version for now and wait for further enhancements or updates?

You can also try their Google Chrome wallet or download their mobile app and try again.

But how to get back to older version. When trying to logging on old version its showing this error.

I have seen a similar post on reddit too I think, so if you must try it, do it with small amount of coins.

Also, I think (not sure) there isn't a way to export the private keys in the new one cmiiw.

Their support is trash except for a few precious exceptions - I've heard horror stories told in the dark about users losing all their coins (a substantial amount) and Blockchain.info not even paying them a glance.

No, there are a lot of threads coming out to complain about the new version's glitch. We'd better stick to the old version untile new one becomes stable.

If you are talking about Blockchain.info then never send or store money on their beta wallet because they clearly mentioned this in their terms and conditions:


Better use their older version of wallet and try to add more fees (more than 0.0001BTC) as your transaction is taking lot of time to process.
Be sure to check if you have enabled any 2FA and use that code in case you are wondering why the transaction is not processed at all.

Are you talking about blockchain.info? I haven't used that site again since the latest incident where some transactions were showing up faulty. I also remember trying to log in and having almost a heart attack because my passphrase was not being recognized. Got tired and moved all my funds to Bitcoin Core and never looked back.

I would advice to contact blockchain.info support and usually they get back to you within a day with good breaking down of solutions.

I am just tried for wallet to send bitcoins but wallet taking lots of time. Think that might have to try on other browser tried but still taking lots of time to synchronise wallet. Showing no balance. So clicked on link below wallet it takes me to New Beta wallet. Now trying to login but it show old wallet that Wallet version 3 not supported.

I m so much in trouble Have anyone facing same Issue ?
