The unfair distribution of wealth happens so far in every political system. Any form of government in the past, kingdoms, communism, socialism, capitalism, and so on saw that wealth was amassed by a few percent of the population. As soon as people had power they tend to use it for their personal gain. Transparency might help but it won't stop the process of the rich people becoming richer.
Once wealth is distributed unfair ways then those wealthy Don't mind transparent system lol Those have Nothing to hide and no reason to steal
Becouse they got it all.
