i like this attitute, contractors deliver shitty work anyway. where you able to find people to join your team or did you continue to get "contract" offerers?

the dominance of the usd and communal fiats, doesnt make it easy to find good teammembers.

i have also trouble finding good teammembers for my project

OP however people won't try to apply as soon as possible because there is very high demand on blockchain developers. If you are looking for web designers, I don't know how talented people you can find here but on themeforest you'll find amazing guys, it's another task whether they know BC technologies or not but possibly you'll find them on Envato's other services.
