Will you use a blockchain domain?

It seems blockchain domain is an interesting thing to use, but so far I haven't found the basics why we should have our own blockchain domain Roll Eyes, FYI, Apart from unstoppable domains, I also know Ethereum Name Service (ENS), they are also a blockchain domain provider on the Ethereum network, not to forget that they held an airdrop event for their users some time ago.

I would imagine that the BDNS works in a similar way that the current DNS state works however on the Zilliqua blockchain. I found this article from their blog to go into better detail of the use cases

I find it difficult to understand the concept behind blockchain domains. Let's see how it works out when it is fully understood by most people in the cryptosphere.

I do like the fact that multi currency payments can happen with the single address to my understanding. I was just reading their recent medium post about it: https://medium.com/@brad_90448/how-multi-currency-payments-will-unite-the-blockchain-community-52f1df1c31c7

those are indeed a welcome development. a process where human readable addressess can be implemented in almost all if not necessarily all the blockchain as EOS has proven that it is very possible to figure out in a space of alphanumeric combination of wallet addresses

It would be a lie if I say I understand how this exactly works, but the part I do understand sounds like an interesting concept.

I really like this idea. It makes sense in helping with mass adoption and say for those who create content online and instead of going through patreon they could easily just put their site and people wouldn't miss a number or letter in the address

There are two use cases that Unstoppable Domains https://unstoppabledomains.com/ is looking to bring by putting domains on the blockchain. The first use would allow human readable wallet addresses and the second use case would allow censorship resistant websites that can't be taken down by anyone!

I'm really looking forward to claiming my own domain especially when sharing my address with friends. Will you use a blockchain domain?
