Hi, guys! I have the same problem, noticed yesterday. In activity tab last information was for 1 Feb.2020 but I have received coins few days ago. My balance was 1.5 btc but now shows 0!  I trying to recover seed phrase to electrum and it passed and wallet has synchronised but it is the same thing - last transaction shows for 1 Feb. 2020 and no money on balance. Any suggestions?

That's how they work, if you go contact their support, they will say that it's just the app or browser issue that you have to clear cache but still it wouldn't work. If you still have funds on your blockchain.com wallet, try to migrating the recovery phrases to electrum.

How can I migrate from blockchain wallet to Electrum?

Before downloading electrum, check if it's the official because there were fake version scattered in internet.

Wasabi and Samourai wallet are also good for desktop users.

Buy Bitcoin

For mobile, get Mycelium. I have used it numerous times and I absolutely love it.

I wouldn't recommend Mycelium for iOS users. It's a total mess and the developers haven't updated it for long time. BRD wallet and Edge are some good alternatives.

I don't know about iOS, but Electrum is just good for both PC and Android Mobile Users. If you are using Mycelium in Android, you might face sync and other minor issues from time to time. This made me switch from Mycelium to Electrum on Mobile.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom
Has anyone else seen this? The app basically doesn't show me any information in my activity and the website is even worse. Everything shows up except bitcoin transactions. Am I the only one that's noticing this? What are better alternatives to Blockchain?
I am not having any issues on my android blockchain application while login in, so the issue might be at your side?

Do you have any balance left on that wallet! Roll Eyes
Trust wallet and COinomi wallet are better alternatives for blockchain.info wallet.

AFAIK, No one was informed about any errors/bugs so did you download them from the official source? From google play, not an unknown version.
Ensure that you are connected to the network or use VPN.
Sometimes they will have trouble updating accounts, so if you can get the 12 words you will be safe.

If you have your seed/private key then do the suggestions from several members above. If not, and you need to 'log in' into the blockchain to recover your seed/private key, try to use VPN or dnscrypt. I think the problem lies in your network (at least the connection to their server is laggy).

I'm sometimes known as "miniadmin"
There's not really much to add to what kevin has already said; altough I'd also suggest you used Electrum mobile wallet for your phone. You can download it from the play store (version 3.3.7) or the apk from the electrum website (version 3.3.8 ).

I have to disagree with kevin on the hardware wallets tough; I reccomend you buy one even for not big ammounts. They may seem somehow expensive at first, but it's worth it. You know you coins are going to be safe so long you keep your seed well stored offline, and you can even add a passphrase, that's kind of another layer of security on top of everything. You'll also have multiple altcoin wallets on the same device, so no fuzz about downloading a wallet for each coin

I do not use Blockchain anymore so I cannot recall the issues you are encountering, but I have personally always recommended not to rely on centralized wallet services such as Blockchain. Although you can get the master seed for your wallets, some things are limited (e.g. you cannot get the private key of an address from your main wallet, unless it's an imported address).

I had some problems with my wallet a few years ago and, after months, I was finally able to retrieve my balance and moved on from any kind of centralized wallet service.

For PC, imo Electrum is the way to go for you. If you are using Windows, I'd warmly recommend you to also try to do a transition from Windows to a Linux distro. Once you get used to it, you'll love the control you are going to have over your OS. Smiley

For mobile, get Mycelium. I have used it numerous times and I absolutely love it.

If you have a lot of money to transact with or hold, I'd buy a hardware wallet such as Trezor or Ledger with my eyes closed. I honestly never felt safer since I bought my Ledger and I'm now only using Mycelium/Electrum for temporary wallets. No more fuss with ".dat" files and private keys/seeds either as all coins are going to lay inside your hardware wallet.
