I dunno why is it possible, I even tried it earlier before I made this reply, I paste the correct wallet ID, type anything on the keyboard for the password, then there's no password error pops up but a message for the email confirmation instead, then I approved the login attempt on my email and asked me for the 2FA, after I enter the codes an error alerted that my password is not correct.
I even encountered this message "Error decrypting wallet, please check that your password is correct" same with OP on the second time I attempted to login lol.

This is closest answer I think because I too have the same issue. But I tried to logged on just few hours later and not the next day and yeah it works.

Please tell us here once your issue is settled already, and if what moves you did to solve that issue. If you insist that your login details are correct then there's no need to worry just wait until blockchain.info support replies you and help you to get out from that matter.

Edit: I guess it read it wrong. So your issue is solved now

yes : ), blockchain support just saying in that case your password should be wrong. but i suggest to victims of that issue just keep trying to login if you sure about your login details and do not expect much help from blockchain support.

more important, do asap that 12 word phrase in settings cause there is no i lost my password, please send to my mail option : )

I had the same problem, was never able to resolve it. Did not write down 12word seed, since I was still in the process of confirming my email. After email confirmation error shows "error decrypting wallet - check your password". I'm 100% sure the password is correct, since my keychain saved whilst signing up.

I wish can help you, but after read this: Unfortunately, the Wallet Recovery Phrase is your only tool for recovery if you forget your password.
Did you write down you password on a note in your computer?
How long you've been using blockchain.info? if you have confirmed your email, all things is set, have written the password, you should be able to access it. May I ask how much btc in this wallet? I've ever experienced the same thing, but after few moments can access my wallet, this is maybe because blockchain.info has an error.

Are you really sure that your password is correct? Did you try every combination you can think of?

And can you check your address/es in their block explorer if the funds are still "unspent", be sure to click the "show scripts and coinbase" option. You can just paste it here and we'll check it for you because although the odds are slim, it can be possible that someone might have changed your password.

Blockchain.info doesn't have any access to any of their users accounts so they're probably don't store passwords, Meaning to say they can't help.

Oh it seems like you don't know what is a recovery phrase/seed which is most likely the reason why you're taking it lightly Shocked

i saw many people have some problem but i could not see any solution with that, even from blockchain support. i hope i can find a help here.

my password and all infos are correct i am sure and i am getting confirmation mail that saying me confirmation okey, you will login in previous tab but that previous tab giving me error that error decrypting wallet - check your password

i tried with many device, delete cookie and all. i just do not have 12 recovery phrase and losing btcs just with that reason coming to me a bit unacceptable

any help here very welcome
