i recieved majority, over 300, small faucet amounts and about 5 satoshidice transaction. last one on 5/7/13. total was .0003. then recieved .3800 on 5/7/24 my total is now .3880. blockchain say i only have enough to send .0009.
I'm sure he's trying to withdraw his all amount, he needs to remember that there is 0.0001 txn fees also

It is likely because address 1FNVVMrZzsRmCkngjm8pZvSCUDp76DbEHj has received a lot of very small transactions (Faucets?). You will need to send in smaller amounts.
