No legit project would pick up randomly with these telegram channels instead they would opt in for freelancing sites.

xbtfreelancer.com
As far as I remember xbtfreelancer.com has closed the registrations so if someone who's trying his luck to get into that platform, he'll not be able to register. I've checked the site and pressed the register button and it showed the register form but I didn't continue so if its still open then that's a pretty good news.

Upwork
A lot of openings there and the competition there is getting tougher. You would need 'connects' to apply jobs which is available for purchase but that doesn't insure you'll land a job, still depends on the interview and your skills.

Not sure what site you are looking at but xbtfreelancer works for me, but maybe it can detect I already have an account so that is why I can still see register available. Does not make sense to close registrations when there are not enough jobs there!

Upwork is also really tough, and I have paid for that service to see new jobs, same as LinkedIn, you upgrade to Premium and actually it does not get you any extra access.
I don't know about xbt blocked registrations but when I test it out,it do works fine on my end so I'm curious about such matter but well we should move on yet there were lots of alternative sites for us in able to search up some blockchain related jobs.

Other than writing articles and programming, there's no easy job for crypto space in upwork. I barely see any of this job posted there.
Connects are given freely, 60 each months which is enough for a beginner.
exactly programming because it brings the core value for crypto. I see other jobs related to IEO and ICO projects such as community management telegram, twitter, facebook, managing campaign bonuses, managing announcement pages on Bitcointalk forum. I realize the value they bring is good but too crowded to bring a better income than Blockchain programming. Because that is the quantity limit and not anyone can do it.

No mate, I'm looking at the same site - xbtfreelancer.com I didn't register because before they had closed the registration and I thought that until now the lines are still close but if its working for you, let's take that they are open for new registrants again.

As for Upwork, well those are freelancing platforms and they have to that to continue giving good service on both ends, freelancers and clients. Those payment schemes will determine on who are those serious takers.

Are there people who actually landed a job from that channel? the places that I know is mostly on this section and Services for the forum in particular but for reddit, there are certain sub-reddits that you can check for such openings.

I haven't included the other freelancing sites.

Wll it's a great idea but platforms like cryptomarketads exists for such. Looking at it, only employers who know about your telegram community will be able to find and hire prospects. I suggest you find a more efficient way to promote your idea.

to manage bounty requires experience in this forum. at least you have a higher rank. I think it's difficult if you're just a newbie, I don't mean to lower your abilities. Competition is very high here and your service must make new innovations to grow.

Well hopefully,,, op's telegram channel is not just about being a bounty hunter but about showcasing real talents and actual skills. Writing, designing and whatever creative industry or technical expertise. Then rank does not count anymore (although rank is a form of experience of course!). I have seen legendary accounts that do not seem to get how things work.
