Thank you all for the responses and help. I have eventually reached out to a service to help me and see if it was even worth it to brute force my wallet. Eventually they have helped me further and the wallet did not contain any value anymore, it showed I had transferred the amount in multiple times to different wallets. Also anothe backup wallet I had contained only 0,50 eurocents worth so..
Not worth to crack the second password, but many thanks for the help anyways!

Sounds like your wallet was "double encrypted" from the very beginning with a 2nd password 
There is another option to test... which would be this:

You can setup that tool on your local PC and try and decrypt the wallet.aes.json file just using your main password. See if that works... if it doesn't, then it is almost 100% guaranteed that your wallet has the 2nd password set and you'll need to try bruteforce it with btcrecover.
btcrecover needs to have something to base its password guesses on. It won't just blindly try to brute force every combination of every ASCII character of every length. (You could tell it to do this, but unless your password is very short, then there is no point). If you have a list of passwords you think could be your second password, you would use passwordlist. You can either enter the passwords at that point, or direct it to a file you have already created using the guidance here: https://github.com/3rdIteration/btcrecover/blob/master/docs/passwordlist_file.md. On the other hand, if you have an idea of part of your password, or maybe you know a word or string which appears somewhere in your password, or common substitutions you used, and so on, then you need to create a token file using the guidance here: https://github.com/3rdIteration/btcrecover/blob/master/docs/tokenlist_file.md.
Once you've done that, you follow the instructions you quoted, using --wallet FILE and replacing FILE with the name of your wallet file that you have copied in to the btcrecover directory, and --tokenlist or --passwordlist FILE, replacing FILE with the name of your tokenlist or password list file.

Welcome to the Bitcoin forum and all two suggestions above were right, I tend to agree with them.
Your fund is safe and recoverable once you have the most important thing of Blockchain wallet, the 12-word recovery seed, and the email address where your Blockchain account wallet associated with. Once you will successfully recover it by brute-forcing or importing your wallet, you can set a new second password.
Aside from the useful Youtube Video above, here is also a blog btcrecover Tutorial
Once you recover, I suggest transferring it on an open-source wallet like Electrum.

Had you tried to open your wallet with your wallet.aes.json file from https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/import-wallet? Just import your wallet.aes.json file there and your wallet supposes to work without a second password. But, if you encrypted the wallet.aes.json file then you will need to decrypt it with your encrypted password. Otherwise, just leave it blank. I am assuming you hadn't encrypted it. If it's work then you are lucky. Otherwise, you have to follow BitMaxz's instructions.
Also, you may try to open your wallet.aes.json file with notepad, perhaps you would fund your wallet private keys there. If so then you don't need even any password to recover your funds. Just import them in Electrum and move your funds to the appropriate destination.
By the way, most likely you will receive many PMs from the scammers to recover your funds. Just ignore them and ask to discuss on the thread if really they want to help you. Don't hand over your wallet.aes.json file or any credentials of your wallet.

If you cannot remember your second password, then BitMaxz is correct in saying your only remaining option is to attempt to brute-force the second password. I assume you will have tried everything you think it could be, variations of your primary password, every password you used around the time of setting up the wallet, etc.To use btcrecover, make sure you download the up-to-date fork from here (https://github.com/3rdIteration/btcrecover), since the original program ceased development over 3 years ago.

Your password is either going to have to be short enough to be brute forced, or you are going to have to have some idea of what it is. If you set a long and complex password, then brute forcing it from scratch may be impossible.
If you don't have a 12 words seed backup and you can't remember the 2nd password I think the only solution to your problem is to brute-force your wallet.aes.json file with the BTCrecover tool.
There is a guide on youtube on how to brute-force the blockchain wallet.aes.json file you can try it and maybe you can get the 2nd password.

Since 2013 I have had a blockchain account. In this account I remember the wallet ID and the 1st password. Even though I dont remember setting one, I have to fill in a second password which Ican' figure out for 2 days.
Also I don't have any recall of storing my 12 word password. I do have the original opening account mail + my wallet backup (wallet.aes.sjon file).
Is there something I can do still? Or is this a case of forever lost.
