Here is a video of how BITWIN24 does their bitcoin lottery - https://youtu.be/6r1SvPbVrTE

Here is a gamble that might be interesting - They run a bitcoin lottery based on picking a series of numbers in BTC block hashes.

They have a jackpot up to €1,400,000 - Paid in Bitcoin

Check them out, I would love to hear some feedback and happy to discuss.

Checked it out but as soon as I saw "lottery" with "masternodes" I switch off. I have seen SO many types of lottery and gaming type systems but people need to understand that us gamblers do not want to mix those types of things. I want a good gambling game, not to also mine or stake or whatever. Because I know for sure either the house edge goes up (or in case of lottery commission goes up).

Thank you for your comments. The model has been developed to propel the expansion of this blockchain lottery. As well as offer the Bitwin24 community a wider value proposition.

However you are correct, there are a offer to get involved with setting up masternodes to support the Bitwin24 ecosystem. There is also an extended referral program to help lift the gains for the participating winners

Looks like both Lottery and eSports are adopting Blockchain tech for their gaming needs, faster and easier than products like Poker, slots, etc.
Since these two are so different, they are adopting in different ways, but in both the customer have better transparency.

Anything that includes betting and gambling might just adopt blockchain. I have seen casinos with the lottery on it but never have I tried playing it. I'm not sure if anyone is really into it than a simple dice game to kill time. Lottery offers huge amounts to win but it's still not attractive to me when I can just play dice, no need of waiting, and instantly after a second or 2 I already knew the result.

I have experienced with lotteries but I haven't done promoting such lotteries. As far as I have known is that most lotteries didn't get much attention and some casinos also implemented lottery games on their platform which is why some prefer casinos with a lottery game when  they want to play lottery.

Seems like the interest in the technology helps a lot of new Lotteries to rise with Blockchain technology, accepting Crypto players only.
Some of them are using in wallet betting, but most are just operators, Lotteries, accepting all Crypto players and open to the decentralized technology.

I believe that Blockchain lotteries are another great example of Blockchain implementation on the road to mass adoption because the fairness of the games its wide availability  and the way the auto distribute of funds

Anyone here have good experience with playing or promoting theses lotteries ?
It seems to me that lotteries aren't very popular in the crypto community of gamblers. I might be mistaken, but most lotteries I've seen failed. There weren't enough people entering the competition, there weren't any winners announced... I guess what's uncompelling about lotteries is that there is an extremely low chance of winning. Moreover, the whole 'experience is boring' (you just buy a ticket and wait for a long-long time to see the outcome). At the same time, games like poker and crash offer engaging experience, whereas the dice game usually allows to customize the win chance. And these can also use the advantages of the blockchain technology which is in answer to what you've mentioned in your last post in this thread.
The only site that i do saw that do still operate nowadays in spite of lack of interest towards lottery games was Ethex.bet. Im not affiliated with this site or platform but this one still able operate for that long
compared to those lottery sites out there.

This one is indeed a blockchain based lottery too- not just like with some other generic or typical number choosing lots out there.I do even saw some pull out some unique ideas like shortening the duration like 10 secs
or something but still failed up.

Other than that i dont see any sites that do still operates upto this day aside on what i have mentioned earlier.

My question is that, how can blockchain technology guarantee fairness of the lottery games?
I don't think blockchain adds anything significant when it comes to generating true randomness. In blockchain, we hash set of data to produce hashes but it is easily possible to guess the hashes if we know which data going to be hashed.

I would say, not blockchain technology but cryptocurrencies do help in maintaining decentralization of lottery up to certain degree. Let say creating smart contract which will pay to the winner among certain set of ETH Addresses on particular day. But even in that case we have to define event on whose basis result will be drawn and there is no element of randomness if everyone knows how hash gonna drawn out.

Hi Guys!

I am here because I have heard much hype about making money with bitcoin gaming sites. I am on a journey of education and looking forward to learning more.

I have been invited to participate with BITWIN24, they are promoting all the benefits of fairness etc... I am still sussing them out.

Most likely they won't see a need for a crypto blockchain lottery.

I can not agree to this one because the Blockchain operators are more than Crypto, they use the endless advantages of the technology for the operation, which is much more than the Crypto side of things.

Anyone have experience with Quanta Lottery  ?

I heard about it and its some high tech style of lottery that is powered by the Ethereum blockchain to prove fairness and all however I still don't think it will be successful. The reason why is because due to low house edge dice there doesn't seem to be a point to crypto lotteries. Like I said a few posts back. Why buy lottery tickets when you can just make a very low odds bet on a dice site and get the same outcome much quicker, less house edge and also provably fair.

In my opinion most gamblers who play at a casino they never play the lottery and most lottery players never gamble at a casino. Most people I know that play the lottery are usually some older senior type of person. While most people I know personally that gamble online or at a casino is someone middle aged. I know this isn't an accurate representation but its something that I observed. Since most people who crypto gamble aren't seniors then most likely they won't see a need for a crypto blockchain lottery.

^ I have not tried but I heard this lottery platform from my friend. He convinced me to place a bet and buy more tickets but I refuse because I dont like to gamble lottery due to the chance of winning is very slim. I remember this lottery was blockchain a lottery and base on Ethereum. A fully licensed blockchain lottery.
Nevertheless, I remember this lottery and I saw before their Lottoshi thread. It is used also an Ethereum blockchain.

Yeah, i do have some experience on playing some lotteries and most of them doesnt really get too much attraction even if blockchain-based is already implied.

Somehow there are still some sites that do have lottery games into their site or being added. Theres freebitco.in and in talks of erc20 then theres ethexbet.io
and etc like TRX and EOS based ones but so far i cant see a glimpse into these lotteries.
I still remember I played the lottery once in freebitco.in it was fun but I never win although I'm just using the faucet money to bet their lottery. After that I don't know if there are crypto lottery other than them though it was a bit boring to play though unlike with the other gambling games that I played before.

Well, the social networks part is fundamental, as much as the campaign of signatures in the forum, great results are obtained, there is little land explored by online casinos and it is to reach people in other ways, whether by radio, with events where people interact either in shopping centers and others, especially in Latin countries that move a lot of money but do not know much about the internet or technology, so they often look for traditional casinos, but there is a big world there full of many players, that's what I've noticed.

Never won, but never promoted any lotteries.
I don't promote the lottery, I'm just answering the OP's question  Wink Myself never play lottery because I don't like it, too boring.
I play only free ones like there used to be a free ETH lottery that acted as both faucet and lottery (you roll a number, watch an ad and get free ETH). Same as Doge and btc but now only freebitcoin has the best faucet/lottery,,, just that I never won;)
you can't expect more with free stuff, they're just wasting your time, nothing's good, I'm not disdaining freebitcoin, I say in common
Trueflip sill exists?
I don't know, I think it still exists. I remember I received event notification emails from them not too long ago  Cheesy

If I remember correctly, three years ago, an ICO emerged with becoming the first lottery site on the blockchain. It's Trueflip.io. It was one of the most prominent ICOs of the time, and until now, it still works very well, constantly developing new programs. You can go there and check out details about how it works. I think they publicized it on the Whitepaper  Wink

Just red this from a friend post in FB
Any thoughts?

Btw in ways of a warning there is a new lottery website in town called cryptomillionslottery.com and it is my understand this has to be another major scam.... the owner Sulim Malook owes money to multiple companies in the gaming sphere and was using this con of offering shares in his company for services (which of course were not real). Just be careful and always ask for money upfront if working with these guys! 😘

This info is helpful mate, so that anyone who has no enough information with the ongoing activities of that website. There's no reason for the lottery subscribers to continue their bets, since that blockchain lottery tend to scam people without even noticed for long period of time. In general this man who manage it, only used dummies of fake lottery results and winning chances isn't legit at all.
Right, There are some old crypto lottery games on the internet like crypto-games who are offering offering their service for a long time and proven that they won't run because of their reputation here in this forum. I am just recommending that don't try new gambling sites if they don't have enough feedback or reputation from other gamblers, It might be hard to find crypto lottery sites but there are some existing gambling sites that offer the game you are finding.

Freebitco.in runs a lottery every week, I am not entirely sure how they do it or the technology behind it, I am kind of sure it doesn't use a blockchain but I am sure it is provably fair so it is cool. Maybe you can ask them, thequin is their PR dude and writes here and the owner was wetsuit I think, they are both here on bitcointalk and tell you how to run a good lottery.

They literally started with just three things; free faucet, a dice game, a lottery and that was it, dudes now giving away their second Lamborghini for a lottery winner, that is literally the point they reached so if you want to ask about lottery then you should definitely ask the dudes who are giving away lambos for lottery (and already gave away one) because I doubt there is anyone here who can know the topic better first hand.
I second with this where it would be more worth to ask out things to those people who do have experience on lottery field.
Theres no other site which i do saw that had become successful in this are.It might not really be just solely a lottery site since there are
are feature like event betting and hi-lo game.

When it comes to lottery game interest then it isnt really the same when we do compared this one with dice and some casino games
thats why we do see less of these sites at the moment because most of them do fail on.

I doubt wetsuit will give an information regarding to his business since why on earth he will give a idea to his possible competitor? also I think the cryptogames offering a lottery option and they quite successful for that but they don't rely on just a lottery since they have so many options to play.

OP should not focus on lottery only since for the past history the other who tried got failed so he must do a feasible study before running this plan.

Totally true

The Blockchain tech ( which I'm a big fan of, for iGaming ) already provides solutions in several aspects tot he market, here are two examples

1. Decentralized applications, where  the CRM, acquisition funnels, affiliate platform, games, winning profit and more are all hosted and operated on Blockchain ( most cases private one ) In this case the operation itself is based on this tech and the dApps is fully endorsing the advantages of the tech for the operation. So transparency, availability, availability and more are taking place in these fields mentioned above.

2. Great wall of China, in some cases its hard to deliver iGaming content and servers are blocked on that matter. Blockchain tech has a solution to distribute games, not all for now, but its growing, to deliver the content in decentralized way, where the consumers are the one hosting the game. PM me I can explain more, as its very tech wise.

So yes, Blockchain and iGaming goes well together, and its much more than a sports betting website accepting ETH for deposits Smiley

Am not sure if I have play a Blockchain-based lottery before. I probably have tried the centralized lottery-type of game on faucet sites during my early days in Crypto world.
The Blockchain-based lottery is likely the most (or one of the most) reliable ways to play lottery.. The most decentralized ones could be the safest.

Am not a big fan of lotteries(FIAT or crypto) basically due to the insane odds. A smart person would focus on games with the lowest HE like Blackjack, Baccarat etc instead of games like slots and lotteries where the HE is far higher in comparison.

This is the primary reason crypto lotteries never took off. The model is not sustainable in the long term. However, I do admit that it is a lot of fun like Bingo etc.

Are you trying to open some bitcoin lottery website or are you writing some article?

Generally there were many attempts at making lotteries work with cryptos however all of them failed due to lack of interest. Reason why is simple. Basically why wait a few hours or days or weeks to find out if you've won when you could just go to any dice site, put all your money on 9900x odds and find out right away if you've "won the lottery".

The advantage to playing dice over lotto is that its instant and there is a very small house edge. Sure you can't win a million dollars by betting $2 like  traditional lottery but with a $1 bet you can win up to $9900, which is still a hefty sum for such a small amount risked.

What I mostly know is that lotteries accept eth or bitcoin and they also have their own coin when investing. What I mean is that there is some lottery sites that added some invest program where you invest your eth or btc and when you unstake it then you'll receive their token or whatever cryptocurrency they made.

As I have observed in the past years, those project that worked on a blockchain-based lottery that accepts altcoins never took a long run in this industry.
I think of the demand isn't that high because people who likes lottery does want it to be in bitcoin-accepting mode. We have the same observation that you have there and yes, these operators can learn from the past.

Ok, so i have made another research and the comments above are true, there are different thoughts about Blockchain lotteries where some are focusing on the fairness of the games and the fact its much more transparent than any other lottery, others are emphasizing the fact this market is still unclear and its hard to rely on these operators, especially when most of these do not carry any licence. ( Some do )

In the market there are firelotto, quanta, TruFlip, gexan, FTW and some others ( BTW, representatives from these Blockchain Lotteries are welcome to comment here ) and it looks like the market is ready for more to come. Similar to what happened with Crypto casinos back in 2015 when overnight there were dozens. Maybe because of this, we need to learn them better now, get to know the platforms and help each other to know which one is legit and which one is not.

Another interesting point is that in two days the International Lottery Play Summit is taking place in Dubai https://bit.ly/2PqoXVR

Happy to hear thoughts.

Honestly, I don't have experience with such lottery. Trying to find what some special advantages would be of lottery based on blockchain besides better transparency and the fact that people would automaticly connect it with cryptocurrencies and that might additionaly attract them.
However, I'm not sure that such lottery would be very successful although it would be available to large number of people.

However, crypto lotteries with traditional operating model did not survive for long. Having a lottery on blockchain is definitely a good idea because of its fairness and I am sure we will see more and more blockchain based lottery systems implemented. But as of now, it's not really going great if I look from a business perspective! I did not see a standalone lottery website survive till date. Whoever survived, are mainly a casino website having lottery as one of the many gaming options available!

Well, my answer is no. Perhaps lotteries gambling did not get too much attraction of most gamblers here just because of the small percentage in chances of winning. Moreover, lotteries platforms won't survive here and most of them will not survive or just abandoned their platform.  Indeed, that is a good idea about the blockchain lottery I never heard that here and perhaps that uniqueness will bring attractions.

so far i just play true flip lottery on 2017,just because i am a bit curious about what decentralized lottery means.I just quite satisfied about how its work, even though i never win from it.
nowdays, they still have a blockchain lottery, although they seems changes their industry from lottery to casino industry,i guess that because probably blockchain lottery seems not popular after all.
for more info about how they take the number,u can check it here.

Anyone here have good experience with playing or promoting theses lotteries ?
Yeah, i do have some experience on playing some lotteries and most of them doesnt really get too much attraction even if blockchain-based is already implied.

Somehow there are still some sites that do have lottery games into their site or being added. Theres freebitco.in and in talks of erc20 then theres ethexbet.io
and etc like TRX and EOS based ones but so far i cant see a glimpse into these lotteries.
