According to their whitepaper, it is based on an inflation model. In short, when their ecosystem is well established and vitalized (when users began to be rewarded with TTC and can purchase goods with it,) the size of userbase will attract advertisers. So, though a finite amount of TTC is issued, there will be an increase in demand which will eventually jack up the price.

How are they going to earn money? Who will pay everyone? What exact monetization scheme? Plz explain.

There are many projects that are shiny about blockchain adoption, BUT, I think one of the underdogs, TTC Protocol will achieve this in a couple of months.
