You're not the only one experiencing it, there are some users reporting this also as mentioned above. In order to prevent this email confirmation everytime you logged, try to use their mobile application for Android and IOS with this, you only need one email confirmation (I guess) and 4 pin codes everytime you want to log in on your blockchain account..
I have also experienced this yesterday using my blockchain wallet but again today I have transferred around 1000 USD to different wallet via Coinbase wallet. Even there it does not pass the confirmation mail push IP from the Coinbase team.
Actually why we are finding this issue. Even fee in every online wallet increased to big number today.
