I suggest you wait, patiently.

OR

Use transaction accelerator tools provided by various pools to speed things up. It can help dramatically. I had 2 Tx last night both at 10 satoshi/byte and they went through this madness.

It's normal that the blockchain is on heavy mode right now, maybe a traffic on transactions. I used higher fee transaction yesterday to confirm it fast but it takes hours before the confirmation. On Monday got deposited in a gambling site but didn't confirmed for how many hours so I sent a message to the admin if he can confirm the deposit it manually, so he did it.

Untill now blockchain not confirm my TX, where I can sent support? Undecided
It's not just you who experienced this issue, it's almost 90,000 transactions are not confirmed yet in the blockchain network, and there's no scam there.
And even you sent them any support they can't do anything about that.
Just wait until your transaction confirmed maybe you could wait 1-4 days depending on your how much transaction fee you spend on it.

The bitcoin network is currently under a very heavy load. You should be using a bit higher transaction fee to make sure your transaction gets confirmed faster. They haven't scammed you. You just have to wait a bit longer than usual.

Yeah out of hundreds of thousands(millions) bitcoins they just wanted to scam you. post your TXID here before throwing accusations.
They provide you with private keys so no scam there, I know reaching their support is a painful process that's why I never tried it.
