whenever you don't find your transaction on blockchain, you might want to try and search the tx id on another block explorer because sometimes the blockexplorers have some trouble with connection to their nodes or the tx might not be on their nodes.

Seeing the above link, block chain is working normal..not going on stress anymore..So i guess by now the transaction must have been completed.  Smiley

You can check blockchain statistics here. We don't seem to be going through a particular stress test or anything similar.

Network congestion is normal, you cannot rely on the network for fast transactions, you should use other currency like litecoin or just stay off bitcoin until it can handle current usage.

That's kind of not an option... Cheesy And you can rely on the network for fast transactions, if you make them yourself...

Is blockchain undergoing a stress test?

No, but mempool is full ... https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin  Wink

Mempool being full is becoming more and more common, let's hope the devs figure a plan of action the majority can agree on soon.

Has the transaction even been sent to blockchain?

Sometimes they manually verify the transactions before really do the withdraw, and it might take some time

Give it some time. There can be network issues. Sometimes transactions take too long. Keep waiting and hope for the best.

It is most likely that bitfenix just needed time to confirm the withdrawal in their system.

If you don't get a txid right after you withdraw, it is not likely that it has been transmitted to the blockchain immediately.

I requested a withdrawal of 0.2 BTC at Bitfinex to my xapo wallet 2 hours ago. The transaction are still processing. There are no transaction registry for that address in blockchain.
