Well, the other problem is that as far as I know there is no way I can "force" blockchain.info to cancel or re-send with a higher fee.  So it's totally out of my hands, that's what's frustrating.

I don't think this will fix anytime soon as there is a new transaction with higher fees in around 4 seconds. what do you think how much time does it take to confirm all the transaction which are stuck for 24 hours or more?

It's funny because you would think the point of using a web wallet is that I'm less tech savvy than most, but I want the transaction to go through in a reasonable amount of time.

Well if that is what you truly want, use electrum with default settings. Blockchain web ballet does not habe customizable fees and the fees they send with are too low for the current bitcoin network because of so many transactions done daily. It will take many days for the transaction to confirm probably, you can always try to spam the ViaBTC's tool if you have luck.

Almost been 24 hours since I sent a transaction on blockchain.info web wallet.  It's funny because you would think the point of using a web wallet is that I'm less tech savvy than most, but I want the transaction to go through in a reasonable amount of time.  It sent with 120.5/sat/B which is reasonable.  In fact when I check this site it says time expected is 45 mins-1350 mins and it keeps changing back to sometimes saying 45 mins-infinite minutes.  http://bitcoinfees.21.co/

Well when I sent the site said max 1350 mins so that is 22.5 hours so I'm coming up on that...

This is something that blockchain.info needs to tell its users more clearly.  very frustrating.
