The structure of your transaction is tx-1 -> tx-2 -> tx-3. This means that Bitcoin spent in tx-3 is from tx-1. This is the way Bitcoin is. A Bitcoin transaction uses one or more transaction output. Here, if tx-1 is dropped, the transaction output used in tx-2 won't be valid anymore because there is no such transaction output. It will be like sending 0.xxBTC from nothing. How can miners confirm this transaction which sents 0.xx Bitcoin from nothing? It can't. so miners will drop tx-2 and then tx-3.

is there no way i can cancel my unconfirmed transaction now since it will take time now and my tx-2 belongs to a game so if does not get confirms soon i'll lose my btc then. Please let me know if there could be any solution to this.

No. You will have to either wait till miners drop tx-1 or accept it. If tx-1 is confirmed, other two transactions may be confirmed. But if tx-1 is dropped, tx-2 will be invalid and as tx-2 is invalid, tx-3 will be invalid. Therefore, all 3 transactions will be dropped and no, you won't lost any Bitcoin.

Only thing you can do now is hope for the best.
