As an update for everyone who gets into the same situation:

All transactions which were including the money from the double spend transaction were canceled and all funds got back to my account minus the $24 which was double spent.
All this took around 30 hours from the first transaction

You were right, all funds came back to my account like i never did the first transaction and only the bad payment received dissapeared.
But now i cannot send any payment, this is the error i get:

Prev out is already spent DBOutput{outPoint=OutpointImpl{txIndex=227746255, txOutputN=1}, spending_outpoints=[OutpointImpl{txIndex=228056142, txOutputN=4}], value=7949884, address=1Kzvz6Hg6hKXYdghMZuD8xxxMXc4h9HKXK}

I've read that this is something about cache or something like that. is there anything i can do or I need to wait?
If I have to simply wait, any idea about how long it will take?

thanks!

thank you very much for your reply achow101

this is the transaction which was marked as double paid ($25 transaction) - it was sent to me 24 hours ago and it started to show double paid a few hours ago, no confirmations anyway.

https://blockchain.info/tx/6f08c733125c9a3d99069cb9feff6b0a6ecd818dd17681d64cb61e13ed4effed

can i expect it to get anymore confirmations since that many hours passed?
That is impossible to know. The transaction may or may not confirm, it is up to the miners.

let's say that it won't get any confirmations. how long it will take until it will be canceled and everything will come back to normal?
First of all, transactions are not and cannot be canceled. Your wallet can choose to forget about it thus allowing you to respend the inputs, but that does not mean that every other node on the network will do so as well. IIRC blockchain.info will "forget" the transaction after 72 hours unless someone rebroadcasts it.

also, the guy who received who has the full $210 amount, if he will send the amount back to me, will he have any risk to get his wallet on minus?
There is no such thing as a negative balance. If your wallet shows a negative balance, then it has a bug. The Bitcoin does not magically come from another input if the unconfirmed transaction it spends from is invalidated. His wallet will return to being as if it never received the Bitcoin in the first place.

Also, please do not refer to your transactions by any fiat (e.g. USD) amount. The exchange rate constantly changes so it becomes difficult to know what transaction you are talking about. It is better if you give your transactions a label or just refer to it as the first couple characters of the transaction id.

Your transactions either had too low of a fee or were unconfirmed for too long so ViaBTC's node decided to kick those transactions out of its pool of unconfirmed transactions. This does not mean that everyone else did the same, and this most certainly does not mean that the transactions have confirmed, nor does it mean that they will never confirm.

seems like this one is double spent. what is going to happen now?

Whichever transaction confirms first is the "right" one. It seems that whoever sent you the Bitcoin is either scamming you, or their wallet is broken.

edit 3:
i had $0 balance before receiving all 5 payments.
right now 4 of them got confirmed and seems like one of them was marked as double spend
the problem is that i sent as one single payment my entire balance including the payment which was marked as duble spend and right now that single payment is still processing with 0 confirmations.

what will happen now?
If your transaction of the double spending pair confirms, then your Bitcoin is fine and eventually your spending transaction should confirm. If the other double spend confirms, then your transaction will be invalid and the Bitcoin (minus the ones from the double spend) will "return" to you. Basically there are two outcomes, either the transactions confirm and the receiver receives the Bitcoin, or they do not and your wallet reverts to a state where you did not send the Bitcoin and did not receive the Bitcoin from the double spending transaction.

Your first two transactions have a low transaction fee. Your third transaction spends from the first two, so it cannot confirm until your first two transactions do. Your fourth transaction spends from the third transaction, so that cannot confirm until the third one does as well.

Read https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/all-about-stuck-transactions-and-what-you-can-do-to-fix-them-1802212 for information what you can do about this to speed up your transactions. Right now your only options are to wait or ask miners for help.

Any idea how llong this may take?

it may take a few days and it will probably get dropped by the network, there are currently 73mb in transaction size waiting to get confirmed and around 40mb of those paid higher fees than your transaction, not mentioning the transaction that will still come in the network

the 2 unconfirmed transaction that you recieved have very low fee (35sats and 57sats per byte)

based on https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx you will need atleast 150sats per byte in miners fee to get high priority from miners.

i will try to push your transactions via https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ and hopefully it will get confirmed once viabtc found a block

EDIT: "Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later." i will try again later

I have a few transactions stuck since more than 12 hours ago.

Maybe they depend one of each other so here is what I have:

I had $0 balance.

Received yesterday evening 5 payments
3 of them were succesfuly confirmed (1x$100, 1x$5 and 1x$40)
2 of them are still pending with 0 confirmations:

https://blockchain.info/tx/6f08c733125c9a3d99069cb9feff6b0a6ecd818dd17681d64cb61e13ed4effed
and
https://blockchain.info/tx/226de99645981998584f33aedc2c1bfebb648e35c6621af17dc5dba3bb78e9ca

I have transfered the funds ($210) from a wallet to another wallet (both wallets are from my same account)
transfer is pending since more than 3 hours ago with 0 confirmations:
https://blockchain.info/tx/712cfe0201f5ec51defe1d31448a287658b92ba671bab7a4d36ab3d239cb4970

Now more than 1 hour ago I made a payment with these $210 and got 0 confirmations so far:
https://blockchain.info/tx/96ead9b11c48678cd6964013b325b23a1f7dc9dce5f721a2f1cf861bbdcf4dc0

What is happening? Please help!!
