I'm so worried i tried 2 transactions but still both didn't get any single confirmation. I paid decent fee but still not going through. I'm so worried guys because i have to pay my invoice urgently!

Is there any way anybody help me? I'm ready to pay you too. Coz it is not about some bucks.
I have noticed the same thing on the network too, transactions are beginning to take longer time to confirm, probably maybe there are more transactions on the network, or miners are becoming lesser or maybe the algorithms are getting more complex.

more transactions being broadcasted => possible, altough i have not seen any statistics to prove this

less miners => possible, i'm pretty sure we lost some hashrate due to BCC. However, if the hashrate stops fluctuating, the next diff adjustment should fix this problem by lowering the diff... However, in reality, the next diff adjustment is predicted to be positive, meaning there should be a little more hashrate on the network now than there was at the time of the previous adjustment (IIRC).

algorithms getting more complex => nope, bitcoin has relied on the sha256d hash of the block header being lower than the network diff.  It has been so since the very beginning and is still true to this day.

Well i'm ready to pay extra fee for accelerator
Is there anyone who can do this for me? I will pay you

I've accelerated your tx for you, but for the future, you want to read the posts in this thread to avoid this problem in the future.

1. Before making any spend, check out bitcoinfees.21.co. It will show you a current estimate of the time you can expect to get confirmation according to the fee you pay based on satoshi/byte.
2. Anything above Inf (infinity) should be where you aim for.Personally, I don't mind waiting even 2 days but below 360 mins (6 hours) should get you by fairly consistently. Right now, it shows that to get confirmed within 360 mins, you have to cough up 301-320 satoshis/byte.
3. Set your fee/byte to the desired amount and send.

Those are all estimations which are represent a 90% chance for confirmation within the timeframe... so yeah, it's not set in stone.

no need to carry heavy money bags anymore
Checking the actual mempool size (90k unconfirmed transactions is a lot) your transaction will most probably take few days to confirm.

So your options are
- trying to accelerate it using viabtc accelerator (this one os for free) or use paid version at BTC.com
- or try to replace the transaction ( resend it again with higher fee) ... but for this option you would have to send it as replaceable transaction at the first place. Did you?

How much fee did you pay? You know fees must be at least 5% of the amount now until Lightning Network. Hope your tx works you can also use an accelerator.

The fee has nothing to do with the monetary value of the output, only with the size in bytes of the transaction.

The op payed 175 sat/byte. This is way to low since the optimal fee has been +500 say/byte all day today

@op: you can try viabtc's txaccellerator.

Do not worry about it. The fee is so high now (450 sat/byte) you should not expect to get confirmation for AT LEAST 24 hours. After 24 hours, then you could start looking into it especially if your fee was under 50sat/byte but the thing is even at 50+ it will go through eventually especially on the weekend because transactions slow down a lot then and overnight. You say you paid a decent fee, so it will go through just give it time. Wink
