recently one of my blockchain wallet has been hacked and the fund has been taken ..i have send message to blockchain but still no reply form them ..is there any way i can get the fund back ??

not sure why this happen ..this quite bad

If it had been a brand new account posting this form enquiry, I would have asked for more information or discard it all together for just wanting to troll without having solid reasons because I must admit that this would be the first time that I would hear or read that blockchain.info wallet was hacked. The unfortunate thing here is that there is high chance that the fund is not coming back and blockchain won't refund you as doing so would amount to them that their platform is vulnerable to attacks thereby either ignoring your message or blaming you for causing the compromise. I hope the amount involved is not too much and its time you move to a more secure platform to keep your coins.
You are completely wrong. Why? Havent you notice the date on when OP did post this question or inquiry? He's already a hero member now and going backed on 2 years time hes just new or jr member which it is normal for such question. I dont know why this thread is being bumped up by a Chipmixer campaign participant yet most of us know here about these kind of hacking incident. If you do hear out just one, then consider there are lots of scenarios where blockchain.info users lose up their funds on their own wallet due to various reasons. One is phishing without any 2fa set security.

most probably there nothing you can do to take your funds back.
because in 99.9999% of the hacked accounts the owner of that account is responsible for losing their money. so tell me why was your wallet hacked?
did you have 2FA enabled?
do you have a keylogger on your system?
how strong was your password and did you use the same password elsewhere?
did you use TOR?

I'm curious as well, how did it happen? Mostly through email-id registered to blockchain as my friend ever experienced the same thing.
But the most important, whether Op did all things to secure his wallet such as asked above.
2FA enabled should be able to prevent an easy access to your wallet, use a message verification to notify yourself in case there is an act to hack the wallet.

Bapparabi,

I got my blockchain hacked or bugged, thus losing all my BTC too.
Have you tried for compensation? Have you found any way for them to refund you?
Does anyone know any phone number of the company or contact ways for any high members of it?

Thanks

Yes its depending on the fact how it happened if it happened by yourself its your own mistake and you will not get any funds back.
If it happened by the blockchain they will help you.

Really sorry to hear that but in such cases the user is only responsible for their loss as the site is providing maximum security but it is you to utilize then. Have you used 2FA ? I think your computer was infected or someone near and dear got your password ?

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Its so sad to hear it from you mate, maybe you are victim of social engineering method like phising link, the user has a big responsibilty for that incident, but if you know what you have done and there is no wrong about those, maybe its the blockchain's fault. Or you have send to there support what happened.

guess who's back
what do you mean by " one of my blockchain wallet " ? do you mean that you have more than one address in the wallet and only one was stolen ??
if so i think that the hacker somehow was able to get the PK for that address only , but if not then this means that you need to add more security to your wallet
block TOR and activate 2FA and you should be fine

It must be better if you start using desktop wallet, however if the blockchain is the one that hacked it could possibly take all you fund in there. I've never heard such stories before that blockchain was hacked, I think you tried to log in with a phishing site.

Blockchain can't do anything if funds have been moved to out address and even it is sended to another blockchain address i don't think blockchain will be willing to reverse your bitcoin back. How much you have lost actually?

it is your problem that your wallet is hacked. blockchain has nothing to do with that.
maybe you open the wallet from a computer with Trojan or malware so someone stole your password and identifier

It's wrong that people wrongly accuse service providers when it's clear they are at fault. It's money so make sure to safeguard it by using anti virus and changing your password regularly.
That's all you have to do to be safe.

I dont think any hacked wallets is blockchain.info's fault, it is user's own fault why his wallet could be hacked?

Coins have been lost because of blockchain.info's security holes in the past and these were holes on their side. They owned up and paid up.

What happens at the customer end isn't their problem.

If it's blockchain.info's fault then they'll refund you. they have done in the past but we'd already know if it was their fault as they announce it. your details were obtained at your end somehow. there's nothing they can do for you because they don't have access to your private keys.

I dont think any hacked wallets is blockchain.info's fault, it is user's own fault why his wallet could be hacked? So in this case there is no ways for him to get refund.
It is a warning for all of us to be more careful with our bitcoin, adding 2fa maybe will be the first thing to do to make our wallet more secure and dont use online wallet to store alot of btc. Better to store our btc in an offline wallet imo.

That is sad..hope you didn't lose much. There are zero to no chances of blockchain.info's staff helping you.Since I know a guy who works in their team,I have approached them with the same issues and they said, they're helpless if you're hacked. What you could try figuring out is,how did you get victimized ,key logger ? Phishing ? Malicious software ? You need to clean up your PC asap. What about the funds? Could you check the addresses where the funds were sent to ?Or just the password is changed ? If you're funds are still there ,you can request blockchain to reset it for you.

Sorry for being harsh but will always be against people using and defending online wallets after the most hacks happens to them and in this case is no exception. I am sorry for your loss but at least you have learned the hard way that if you want to keep you bitcoins online and not in a hardware wallet at least try a desktop wallet which has 0 hacks so far ,electrum (when user is advanced in knowledge) as after all it the end it depends on the user. Just download Electrum now from its official website and start a new safe journey. We cannot cry over spilled milk. Make sure you have a clean PC, considering whats happened, a format will be highly advisable then start over with Electrum. Or buy a used old 2005-2006 laptop and keep electrum there and don't use that laptop for any other thing except bitcoin.

STOP USING ONLINE WALLETS !!! SAVE YOUR BITCOINS !!!

Have you been using any online vanity generators lately? That seems to be the culprit of most hacks with a lot of people lately.

Op, have you traced the source of the hack? Have you scanned your machine for viruses, malware, malicious code?
Have you done something unusual recently, opened strange websites or files, installed browser add-ons etc.?

As others already said once attacker transferred coins to an outside address there is zero chance of you ever recovering them.
Blockchain's customer support is not gonna help you, because it was most likely security breach on your side. They won't refund you single satoshi.

Focus on making your other coins safe.

i don't think you have any chance of recovering your BTC if you were hacked. You know very well that bitcoin transfers are irreversible on the blockchain and therefore it is very difficult even for bockchain itself to help you. The only thing you need to do now is to ensure that you secure your account with a strong password and never share it with any other account/site. Most importantly, you should enable the 2FA on your account to enhance it's security. Otherwise, if you are tech-servy, you can also hack the address that your btc were transferred to recover them.

You should probably do a disk wipe & install a fresh OS with a genuine antivirus in case there's any keylogger or something.
From next time keep that 2FA enabled on all wallets.

yes already taken action to secure wallet ..the max security they have

You mean blockchain.info right?
Was it the old legacy wallet or a new one? Did you loose a lot of coins?

not much but around 80 us sir ..and also not able to figure out how this happen alos send blockchain about tthis so they can provide some solution or iisue how this happen still wating for that

Sorry for your loss bapparabi. It was 80USD? that's already big amount. Since bitcoin transaction is irreversible, I don't think you can get back your money. Just figure out how it happened and be a lesson. Make sure your wallet has a high level of security, enable 2FA. It's better if your wallet has different password from all of your accounts too. And also be extra careful on signing up on different websites, you must always check the url so that you'll not be a victim of phishing site.

Even 2fa can be bypass man its not really safe if your gmail was hit b phising site, and totally its no chance you can retrieve your stolen balance knowing bitcoin is anonymous and blockchain support cannot do anything to help you with that problem, the only thing you can do now is moveon and be careful for shortened links or any to good to be true offer that and required to log in your gmail account so you wont get compromise next time, AVOID PHISING.

is there any way i can get the fund back ??
No. If your account was hacked and your BTC was sent to an address not in your wallet/account then your money is gone.

Your greatest concern should be to figure out how your account was hacked, and to prevent this from happening again.

Did you have any backups of your wallet on any online computers (and/or cloud storage)? Do you have AV? Did the theft happen somewhat around the time when you accessed your wallet (and entered your second password if you have one)?

I am pretty sure that you email-id registered was hacked. Might be a virus or maybe a keylogger. Blockchain has an IP-restriction system. New IP's aren't allowed until they have the new link send from blockchain asking for granting access.

Coins are gone and you can do nothing about it. You can still take a lesson about tightening security from this incident. Messaging blockchain also wouldn't help at this time. But still you van ask them for IP logs to know sonething more about it.

It's sad to know that man . If your wallet got hacked and the funds are taken there are no way to get your funds back you can contact the blockchain but i dont think that they can get your funds from the hacker just get it back to you . Next time you have to more careful maybe you have been a victim of a phiser or a phising site . You have to be aware to those sites that you are visiting and dont ever share your information and if you are going to register and make an account try to use a different password from your wallets password .
