Every time you refresh the 2fa code changes, so you have to enter in the latest one. Another on-line wallet you can use is Xapo.

He said, he didn't used 2FA and there is no column for 2FA. Please read correctly. And, I think you can not access to private key(s) of the address(es) in Xapo. So it isn't a good choice as you want to trust them/3rd party. Roll Eyes

Xapo is just like coinbase as far as wallet is concerned, OP wanted another online wallet, so I suggested Xapo. When it comes to trust one cannot trust any on-line wallets for that matter. And my only intention was to help the OP. So you also try to do that instead of having this wise-guy attitude.

I am sorry, if there was any bad attitude from my side! Sad I don't think or want to be a wise-guy! Smiley You must have mistaken what I posted. I just pointed out that his problem is that he can't find a coloumn to enter 2FA and also he didn't set 2FA, so the answer you gave wasn't the one he want but you were correct. Smiley And about Xapo, yes, he can also try it. I just told that private keys isn't accessible which isn't a good idea. We must have access to private keys to make our BTC secure. Blockchain.info wallet isn't like other online wallets. It has all the features like a pc wallet and the way it encrypts is also different. You may want to give it a try, if you haven't used it. Been using it for quite some time. Lately, it is having too many problems.

When i reload i get:

Error changing wallet identifier

There doesn't come a password field. When i click Open Wallet, i get:

You must enter a Two Factor Authentication code

(it is not enabled for my account plus no field)

So, i am temporarily locked out of my account Huh

Before this error, when i got into my wallet last time, i got just "loading ticket data" and stuff and my balance didn't show up. i logged out, and logged in later. This time i got another error when i tried to send a few mBTC to another address. Something like no unspent outputs in cache and so.

Need help. i need an alternative online wallet too.

Thank you very much in advance. Smiley

Edit: now i get partial blank page.

Maybe blockchain is down? Is there any support that you can ask about it?

AFAIK, blockchain.info is the only online wallet that only the user has the private keys and hence the control of bitcoin.
If you really want to switch to another wallet, I would suggest you to try thin client like Electrum.

Blockchain.info is the best and most reliable online wallet. Cannot in good conscience recommend anyone else. Suggest you consider giving them another chance. I have never had a problem.

I've ever happen similiar things like you when I use blockchain

i suggest you add alias name at your blockchain

Code:
http://blockchain.info/wallet/(your name)
use that alias when you're want to log in !

i will try it.

Now i get:

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from blockchain.info (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).
