I got one answer per 3-4 weeks from blockchain.info support... And the answer is like "clear your cookies"

You should by now know that you have a very slim chance of fixing your problem if you will just wait for blockchain.info's support.
Follow what the other users says and import your wallet into another wallet preferably with electrum for easy process and decent security.

I don't see balance using blockchain.info API. 

What are you trying to do? Are you gonna import your wallet into another or Huh

If it's just checking the balance, pasting your address in any block explorers should be fine.
It doesn't matter in what other wallet i will import my seed - to move money from blockchain.info wallet they will have to use blockchain.info API which i can use myself and see no result.

Also the blockchain app seems to be buggy. It is after a while asking for a password, that was never given. Now I use Coinomi with best experiences. Even the standard fees there are not so ridiculous high as on blockchain.
It is buggy and with my experience after scanning the QR code on the web nothing is appearing.

My first web wallet is blockchain.info but now also I have a weird problem with him.
I can't log in with any browser in my wallet even if I know my password which is never changed. I can access only on my old compromised windows and be using chrome. no other browsers.
My android wallet working okay. But when I want to open web wallet on pc they can load scan code.
It is really frustrating

Hi. I have a strange problem during the last month:
I use blockchain web wallet. About a month ago i began to be unable to send btc: the sending form was in eternal refresh mode (there is no field to put a btc address). The only thing support advised was to clear cookies.  Angry
Now when i login i see a 0 balance and no transactions in my wallet history!! Support simply ignores my requests on that matter. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
This never happened before to me. But sometimes i experience having no history of my transactions but appeared after some moments. Blockchain.info is kind of buggy try a different wallet next time like Mycelium or for a max secured wallet go for a ledger Nano.
That exact thing was at the start of my problems.)) Non of the suggested worked. Tried to get my money using their API and had the same result: can't see the balance...

Did you logged in using a browser that does not support javascript?.[Make sure it is activated]
Most of Blockchain.info problems caused by javascript and fee.
try to use the lasted version of google chrome and send it for a high fee.


also, you can import your 12 words into another wallet.

I may suggest that move on different wallet, don't ever use blockchain.info wallet this site is really buggy, almost day by day there's some user of them reports and post here with different issues. It will give a hard time to its new users. If you still have 12 word seed then you can use it to transfer your coins without any transaction fees, use electrum instead. If you don't how to do it on your own lemme assist you for that.

Indeed, there are some problems regarding blockchain.info lately which indicates the developers have to solve those problems as fast as possible, but I prefer not to use this wallet for the daily transaction or not use it at all, electrum wallet works just fine all the time since I've been using it for months after left blockchain.info for good.
If it just a bug on their system, it will be fixed without you have to do anything, but this kind of problem is annoying for people who need to access their coins immediately.

What do you mean it won't work? Even after import it to another wallet, the problem wont solved like his coin become 0 and no transaction history?
If it's a bug, it's a bug. You just have to wait and see blockchain.info fix that thing. Just like I've said, I have been with that problem and it's just a bug. Once it caught attention to the support and developers of it, they will fix the bug without giving any notice to us who are experiencing this problem. And for my problem, it has been solved automatically and I did nothing.
Oh i see i got it. But what im talking about is if maybe OP need his coin or in Urgent condition then import to another wallet maybe good choice, so he can access his coin from another wallet without waiting blockchain to fix the bug.

Try it using a private browsing window in your browser, the same happened to me and I was a ble to fix it logging from an incognito chrome

It happened to me twice or thrice if I can recall it right. And along with that bug I can't even press the send button though I have enough balance and I can pay the recommended fee. But as I contact the support they are giving some solutions but it didn't helped at all.

Yes i agree if wallet full of bug and thats why i export it to another wallet and never use it again.

Blockchain have lot of issues like this but don't worry your coins are safe maybe this is just problem of accessing into your account.You just use google chrome browser which I have been using for accessing blockchain.info wallet and it will ask for authorization.Sometime you just have to copy the code which you have received on your wallet rather than just click authorize on your wallet.Then you may see your bitcoins on your wallet.Never use blockchain mobile app for transaction there are lot of issues coming up for the users who is using mobile app.
If you still can't find your bitcoins then contact the support team but it needs some weeks for their response.

Have you tried accessing it from a different and secure browser or device? Doesn't sound like it's the service issue or we'd have heard about it by now. If support isn't responding after a while, and you're experiencing the same issues from other devices/browser...

1. Check your address on blockchain explorer. Any balance associated with it should still be there, along with transaction history.
2. If you still have your priv key and/or seed you could simply try restoring your wallet. Or import into a new wallet client to access your funds.

I think this is just a sort of bug. Have you ever tried to use the blockchain.info wallet app? if that isn't working or nothing improves then just try to use another browser with it. And if still there is no improvement, try to restart your router and let's see if that won't work.
