Hello RW02  Cheesy

Newbie-ville here we are...

I have watched the price I think since it was at $160 or so, annoyed I did not invest at that time as I would have way more than what I have now, though we all get to a point where we start and me it was at like $250 with my first payment with Virwox and converting the SLL to BTC but paying with a Credit Card so all those conversions you sort of lose out.

I appreciate all your help! It is greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear with the 0 bitcoins.

im not that botherd about investing in it just like watching people get angry when it  goes up and cry when it goes down. iv been watching it since it was $20 over 2 years now

As people say it is bound to hit a block at some point - the costs has increased drastically in the last few hours so we should wait and see what comes of it.

For me it is the thrill, if I lose I lose, I know I didn't lose much - life goes on, it is like any real investment though.

You either win or lose, it is the same as gambling you win or lose.

Obviously we all want a higher rate of commission from this - though we can only wait and see what really happens over time.

if you sell the best price tends to be the btc-e price as its not over inflated and most people are happy to buy and sell at that price. if you go to blockchain.info and click the market tab at the top it will load a page with live prices on each of the big exchanges. if theres a good demand in you area and your trusted youll get close to gox or bitstamp price if your new or want to build up rep go for btc-e price

Thanks RW02  Grin

I am getting the hang of it now, I appreciate your advice and will try and work up a reputation, I had bought 1BTC via Simple Vouchers and the payment is still on hold  Cry

Will have to wait for that one to be processed as this will increase the value of my coins again so hopefully around $300 or so, well it cost me $286 at the time on the AUD price scale so there you go - costs more so I will leave the coins to fluctuate at the market values and hope they increase.

sell them on here or via localbitcoins.com

Thanks RW02 - quick question, when I look around the costs of the coins vary from place to place and I am not exactly sure what I should even be selling them at?

The current price on my Blockchain is $254.21 - is this the price I should be selling them at, or a price to a proper exchange?

Hey Guys  Grin

I have a question, I am not overall that familiar with how bitcoins work, so bear with me here.

I have a blockchain account, I live in the AU (Australia) and want to know the best way to withdraw my coins when the time comes, I use Virwox at the moment for my current bitcoin purchases as it is easier for me to manage them with a Credit Card rather than bank transferring etc.

I only started so I really only have one coin at the moment though want to learn more on this and figure out the proper ways to cut down on the fees and the best ways to withdraw, the only way I can see this working for me at the moment is shifting my coin to Virwox and withdrawing via PayPal with a 2.2% charge and a $1 handling fee.

Are there other easier alternatives or is this the real fine way of doing it?
