Seed and xPUB Key showed the same.
After I changed the gap limit both showed the true value.

Donated on the public wallet of both of you.

It works!
Thanks to @nc50lc and @BitMaxz.

The problem was the gap limit.
I think that because of some errors many unused addresses were created and therefore the addresses with the btcs were not listed.
It works with the SEED or the xPUB?

If it's the xPUB, then you've created a watch-only wallet. If this is the case, restore the seed and check if it will work.
If it's the seed, then it's out of scope of my suggestions, the credit is all to BitMaxz.
But if you insist, there's donation address in my profile Smiley

To confirm the issue, restore the same xPUB that you've used with the API to Electrum by selecting:
"Standard wallet->Use a master key" in the wallet creation window, increase the gap limit then, restart Electrum.
Note: It will create a watch-only wallet.

If it didn't restored the addresses created by the API, then it's their API's fault;
to check if it's your fault or someone changed it, check all of your bitcoin wallet's xPUB (Settings->Wallets and Addresses) if it's the same as the one you put in the API.

But if the balance is correct, then you might have selected an "archived" wallet in the "wallet's and addresses" from blockchain.com and used its xPUB key.
Because each of your accounts have different xPUB and should use a different derivation path when importing to another wallet,
Electrum will select the 1st account (default blockchain.com wallet) by default.

Or it's just another instance of their delayed client balance/status updates.

Question is: How many wallet names do you have in blockchain.com "Settings->Wallets and Addresses" and is there any marked as "archived"?

I also tried to use electrum with the seed of my blockchain wallet. The payments are also not listed and I dont have access to them.

Therefore the received payments must be linked to another wallet although I got them with the xPUB Key from my blockchain wallet.

I also tested it several times with own payments. Same problem.

How did you import it to Electrum?
You must enable BIP39 when importing it to Electrum as the image shows below.

Then try to type this command below in your Electrum console.

Code:
wallet.change_gap_limit(100)

it will show more addresses on the addresses tab change the (100) to a higher number if you want to generate more addresses and maybe you will find your addresses with balances.

I think unused addresses(No transaction being made yet) will not show in your blockchain wallet.

What wallet actually you currently using?

I suggest you switch to another payment gateway if you feel that blockchain is cheating(I'm not actually using them for accepting payment).

The best option is BTCpayserver if your website is customize built you can follow this guide "Using the BTCPay API for Custom Integration"

You can find other option from here "Awesome list of Bitcoin Payment Processor"

Yeah, I am switching the payment gateway. In the future I will use an own btc gateway to receive the payments.

Yes, but the problem is that I received several payments and they are not listed.

Hello,

I am using blockchain.com Wallet with their API and the xPUB Key to create addresses automatically.

The problem now is that since the first february all addressess that I create with my xPUB Key are not linked with my wallet.

If I use this address for receiving payments I am not receiving these in my wallet and dont have access to them.

I am using a bitcoin wallet.

I opened an support case on 02.06.2020 with no answer yet.

Do anyone also had or have this problem and can tell if blockchain.com replaced the missing balance?

The missing value is between 3000€ - 5000€. I haven't fully recalculated it yet.

Greetings.
