The web account does not show wallet 1 it only exists because the app shows it does and it is the wallet with crypto.
...-Wallet 1 default wallet available via app only purchased funds through app are stored here

Are you perhaps talking about the trading wallet? I logged into my account thru the web and it shows up fine

If that's the case, have you tried the common fixes which are clearing cookies&cache, use different device, different browser, rebooting modem? and I'm assuming you've already reached out to their support?

Has anyone got any experience using the app version and been successful in sending funds from the app wallet to the web wallet. Or in fact been able to transfer funds from the app to a different wallet off their app.
I used to use the app some years ago, and it did work OK. I can't tell if the current version is still working, but I'd say it should.
If I undestood your question right, you want to send the funds from the wallet on the phone to the web wallet of the same account. This is completely unnecessary, becuase the wallets are synced and you can access all the funds both on the web and app at the same time. Moving funds to another wallet (except for native Segwit) will work just fine; you either scan the QR of the receiving address, or you paste the receiving address; double check it, and you are good to go.

Hi all

The need to transfer funds on the same platform Blockchain.com. is so that you can have access to funds within the trading wallet whilst using the app.

Blockchain.com provide two wallets per crypto currency when using the app. By default the wallet that is not on the web version(call it Wallet 1) is the one purchased funds are deposited too. Wallet 2 therefore has no funds but is the second wallet, that is the only wallet available on the web account. The problem is there is no access to wallet 1 via the web version to allow funds to be sent to trading without a transfer of funds from Wallet 1 to 2. Fortunately the app has a send feature to do this but it does not work. The web account does not show wallet 1 it only exists because the app shows it does and it is the wallet with crypto.

-Wallet 1 default wallet available via app only purchased funds through app are stored here

-Wallet 2 Available via app and web and allows for trading

Thanks all.

Great forum, lots of info here.

I have read your last reply before you deleted it (?), and something didn't seem right. AFAIK you are supposed to be able to access all your different wallets, no matter if its a desktop or mobile wallet.

Can you open blockchain wallet on your desktop, go to Bitcoin-->Settings--->Wallets&Addresses, and see if the problem is that you have 2 wallets, one is the default for the phone, and another one is set as default for the browser?

If that's the case, simple click Manage-->More Options-->Make default

Just a small correction, blockchain.com now supports native SegWit for send-out transactions.
OMG, when did they implement that? That's the first transaction I know of... good to know that after a couple years they finally support that; now it's only a matter of time before some exchanges do also support them (unless I'm mistaken and blockchain did support those and I mixed it with the exchanges)
Maybe after the 2019 "UI upgrade" when they supported bech32 addresses to their blockexplorer.

Now, I have installed the mobile app version and did a test: it still doesn't support bc1 addresses Angry
Native SegWit is currently only supported by the web version.

So @NamLek, take Csmiami's post in consideration if you're asking about "sending transaction" problems.

Edit:

Saw this thread the other day, looks like not many people know that native segwit is now supported, so it must be something really new....

I've just tried it right now using my dummy wallet to be sure (at least for the web version)  Tongue

@OP I can't tell what's the actual issue based from the context. Are you having trouble sending funds or recovering backups?

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

Yes, they are running the wallet since 2012. Though there are times that the wallet has network issues, mails arriving late, and recommending high fees.

Blockchain.com does not have a customer support service so Bitcointalk is probably the best place to start
They have, be patient though since most of the services here are working from home.

https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us I read it wrong, yes, they don't have support here since their representative isn't active anymore.

Sh*t, you're right. Lol.

Hi all

So I was silly enough to choose Blockchain.com for my crypto wallet.

Has anyone got any experience using the app version and been successful in sending funds from the app wallet to the web wallet. Or in fact been able to transfer funds from the app to a different wallet off their app.

Thanks for your help guys I imagine this is a common problem. However I could not find an example of my case in the forum using the search function.

Thanks again
