Everything is fine I got the btc
After checking the thread, I wanted to post how it works on the Blockchain wallet and its new exchange. The bought BTC has been purchase on the exchange side and if the user has connected the Blockchain wallet the funds will be sent or withdrawn to the verified wallet address with the contract, AFAIK. They don't send the BTC as we do in a normal transaction, instant transfer is possible, maybe the delay has happened due to an unverified account.

It could have been a bug in the wallet where you sent it next time check the transaction ID or the explorer to check if the Bitcoin is till in your wallet, if it is not there anymore you can check the last transaction where it was sent avoid panic this things really happen.

Can you explain how the problem was solved, the topic will be good for those who face such problems in the future?
I thought that you had opened the wrong balance (the wallet has several balances, and you can get a smaller amount if you change the wallet settings to show one of the balances and not their total.
Next time, avoid using this platform or buying currencies from them, the fees are high, the privacy is low and the possibility of losing the balance is high.
I agree with hugeblack. To help other users in the future, if you can give a clear explanation how everything happened will be a big help to them and we can tell them what actually happened to remove their worries. A lot of issues have been found in blockchain.com and I don't think it will ever change.
To the future users of this platform, if you can read a lot of threads from this section, you have to rethink.

Just simply because Op can't wait for the transaction to be confirmed, I'm using Blockchain wallet and swapping my bitcoin to altcoin, it is quite delayed but after a day the transaction was successfully done and I guess we're the same experienced by the OP.

I don't know what happen to this web wallet, it is more likely they are very buggy wallet that most of them facing the same problem. How can they trust people if there are tons of issues like this?

Good to know even though there's no clarification on how did you get it.

I can imagine how you turned panic because of this issue.
I use the wallet for many years, but never traded, so I can't say you about details. Guess, you are not the one with the same problem, on this board I see other topics like your's try to find answers there.
Now I am also scared about my founds on the wallet, thinking to move them on some better place.

I bought BTC from Blockchain.com and waited the 3 days "hold" period... now I transferred them from the BTC trading wallet to my main one and they just disappeared...has this happened to anyone else? My god... what do I do now? I will contact support and hopefully get them back but what if they don't? Do I contact my bank?
Usually they do have that 7 days hold period. Did you actually make a transfer? Neither if its transferred on the same wallet or into other it would really show some transaction ID.
Just like what mentioned above.. On this one, theres no other option but to wait up for their support to respond which knowing that Blockchain.com do really sucks when it comes to their
support. This is why i leave this platform/service due to these issues and we can see it that problems do keep coming.

If you can see the TXID in your trading account, check it and see if the funds went to the right address (the receiving address you have in your non-custodial wallet). If they did and they're still there, it can be glitch and in that case, I would suggest restoring your wallet inside the blockchain mobile app and see if anything shows there.
I think it's swapping from one type of account to another type like in Binance we see spot trading and leverage trading. In this case there will be no Tx.

It's a transfer between a custodial (trading wallet) and non-custodial wallet ("main"-- their wallet service) which means it'll be on chain so there should be a TXID.

@op, If confirmed that the coins didn't move, you can send them your history as a proof. Their support team is known to be slow so better follow up your ticket number in their twitter too (https://twitter.com/AskBlockchain)

Your case is different from others who purchase on blockchain.com if you really mean it disappeared.

Others just can't move their funds due 7-day rule from trading wallet to main wallet of blockchain.com, see their terms

When you place purchase orders in the Trading Wallet, we may impose minimum holding periods in respect of any Virtual Currency that you have purchased which may last up to a maximum of 7 days. These minimum holding periods are necessary to enable us to carry out effective fraud prevention measures and to ensure that the fiat currency leg of any given transaction has settled. After this minimum holding period elapses, you may trade your Virtual Currency in the ordinary way.
This is reasonable if they accept credit cards.

An unfortunately, blockchain.com has very poor customer support, you may end up hanging your email even you follow up everyday. But just try than doing nothing.

I think somewhere I saw a user to create a topic about them holding his funds for 7 days and it was a while ago. I too do not use blockchain.com wallet but it seem this is a regular procedure for them to prevent fraud I guess.

I am not sure if the bank can help but surely you need to contact the support. Something was wrong with their system.

I'm not familiar with Blockchain's trading platform but... What do you mean when you say disappeared? They first showed in your wallet, then vanished?
